Never again.
For 15 years I have been buying from and sending people to American Landscape Supply for soil. You will never hear me recommend them again. Their product has changed over the years along with their service and today they flat out told me they do not care about customers like myself who have been supporting them for years! So I am taking my business else where. I do not understand companies that don’t reward loyalty and customer who bring them more business. I have spent at least $ 6000 there and probably more, but oh well…

Jim and everyone at AL are always friendly, willing to give pointers or talk through an idea or project with you. Their prices are very hard to beat!

We were building a waterfall feature in our backyard. After shopping at some of the larger wholesale rock suppliers we stopped in at American Landscape and talked with Jim. He was SO much more helpful I couldn’t believe it. Not only does he have better prices and selection on rock and other landscape supplies, but he has pond liner and pumps. His delivery charges are super reasonable, and his scheduling is very flexible. He was a joy to work with.
