Snuffer’s Restaurant & Bar

Pretty disappointed that I brought my boyfriend here bragging how awesome the food would be because I’ve been to the Greenville location several times. Ugh!!!
We walked in and just stood there while no one seated us or acknowledged us. Then they messed up my boyfriends order by putting cheese on it which he is allergic to. They took his burger back and literally just scraped it off and brought it back. You could clearly see cheese still on it. Talk about a liability!!! Then we ask for a manager and his excuse is he’s new and trying the best he can. He comped it off the receipt but still we won’t come back. Get a manager with better experience than excuses! My boyfriends throat could have closed shit if I hadn’t noticed the cheese was just scraped off when we sent it back the first time.

Will not be back! Be forewarned not the greatest service especially from the waitress (Anna).

I went to Snuffers on Friday night expecting a normal meal. I was transcended into another realm. The food was great, but the service was exceptional. Never in my life have I had a server go above and beyond like Hailey Hodges. I’m one of those challenging customers that makes the waitress decide what I’m going to drink and her decision went far and above my wildest dreams. This place is fantastic!!!

Would give it 5 stars if they had a hostess to greet you during off hours. You have to hunt for someone to seat you.

Good cheese fries and an ok burger. My burger was kind of burnt. Which would be fine, if I didn’t order my burger medium well. I didn’t have great service when I came here. Our waitress brought the check out super early and forgot about us. So much for a to go box and refills.

Omg sooo good! I only really go during happy hour. You have to get two orders of fried Pickles for 4.00 then get two orders of the Buffalo chicken bites 4.00 and for like 8.00 your set! I really like the servers there so I usually try to tip mire than recommended! !! So grateful srrvice great food and they have Nathan’s hit dogs! Yum!

Is going on the Grand Opening Day really a good idea???
My experience was not all that great and boyfriend was really excited about going. I was very surprised that is was not packed at all we came and was sited right away, there was no waiting I was glad. We were welcomed with a warm smile from Savannah and she took us to our sits, she asked have we ever been there before which we had not. Savannah recommended something’s on the menu to try.
We found out it was still happy hour they have happy hour drinks and food that was pretty neat. We finally decided what to eat our waiter Vince took our order. While we waited we were observing everything just to see how it would flow.

Our food came out about 45mins later after the runner walked around with the food and stop at other tables to see if it was theirs he finally went back to the kitchen after three wrong trys. We could see into the kitchen so he was standing there asking the cooks where does it go and everybody is just talking over our food. Another server came to the table to bring our fries they were wrong they brought out cheese fries we had regular. Then we see the runner come out with the burgers and walk all the way around just to come to our table we ask him were those the same burgers he was trying to give to the other table he said no lol someone else came to bring some cheese fries we told them we had regular fries smh.

We have had pretty good service and we have had service not great. The food has always been very good. I love all of the tv’s.

Food was excellent!!! Reminds me of Snuffers of old. Food was cooked perfectly service was good. Allowed my son to change the channel. Chips and salsa are a little bit of a rip off, but live and learn. The burgers, chicken sandwiches, and fries were great!!!

I have to admit that a Snuffer’s is a Snuffer’s is a Snuffer’s. With the exception of the Preston Center location, they are all hovering around A-​OK. PC is better. Parking at this one is a little icky due to the outside mall/​theater thing going on.
I have this friend – Katie – and she is a vegetarian about to be vegan and working on a good-​bye swan song to cheese. Where else to go but Snuffer’s?! We can get cheese fries and burgers. All Snuffer’s locations have veggie patties. We were reasonably sated and tipsy. So take your veg-​heads there and make everyone happy.
Just a note – margaritas are always vegan.

I’ve been here twice now with the family. It reminds me of living off Greenville when I was much younger. The food is every bit as good I don’t know why they don’t have better revues. Fine dinning Snuffers is not. But it’s a great place for a great burger and the best place for cheese frys.

Nice happy hour deals between 3−7pm. Just your average bar grub. Had a great server that was on top of it. Nice location For shopping or going to catch a movie.

Saturday for lunch we went to this location. The service was good and the food was good. We will definitely return to eat if we are in this area.

Very loud. I guess I don’t «get» the cheese fries. They are OK, I could make them myself very easily.

Snuffers dinner salad is embarrassingly bad. Here’s the blueprint: Iceberg lettuce, a few chopped tomatoes, a few mushrooms, croutons and a sprinkle of cheese. But the kicker is the stingy portion size of this unimaginative and nutrition-​free «entrée.» If you are a vegan note that this restaurant has nothing for you, and the staff is not particularly inventive to accommodate you. So vegans who go to Snuffers with a group will go hungry or only eat French fries.

Tou cannot beat a classic. Somple menu and great burgers. The nachos are my favorite as they are not a mountain of chips with stuff thrown on top. They build each chip individually. Great fries with the burgers and the onion rings are famous.

This is our second time here. Can’t say I felt much besides disappointment. The food was mediocre and barely that. The server was less than attentive. I won’t be back.

I went here here for first time last month with my girl and expecting a run of mill burger/​fries. She ordered the cheese fries really good and I got the classic Chicken Sandwich and probably one of the best Chicken Sandwiches I have ever had!

Highland Village location — very spacious. Echoes with the stone and concrete interior, making the antique rock soundtrack necessarily loud.
The Nathan’s dog was an amazing surprise.
Great smoky grilled taste.

Saw this restaurant on the Travel channel– featured their cheese fries. Being newish to the area we’d never heard of them. We didn’t want to go to Dallas and were so happy to discover this location!
Yummmmm! Two layers of fries & cheese so there is no fry untouched by cheese. Each bite is yummy. We omitted the jalapeños but kept the scallions & bacon & sides of ranch. We split the large which was a bargain at $ 7.99!
Oh and their burgers were good too!
We received plenty of napkins, refills, & management stopped by to see how we liked the place. Overall an excellent experience and we will be back.
