I gave this Whataburger many chances since I like the location and the fact that it is never busy but I have since realized that maybe it is not busy for a reason. The service is very slow and the workers are just wandering around. There can be 10 people working there and you can still stand at the counter for several minutes before someone will acknowledge you. It’s a bit frustrating ordering too because they tend to interrupt constantly to rush you through the process.

Worst Whataburger I’ve been to in the DFW area. It is very close to my house so when the wife and kids want it I go here. I should know better but I guess I’m dumb like that. They consistently get the order wrong or completely leave out part of the order. If I have been there 10 times in the last 6 months they have gotten the order wrong 7 of those 10 times.

This location has really stepped it up the past year. Great tasting food and made well. Good job and keep it up.

worst whataburger in the metroplex easy. Been twice the past 3 weeks and ordered the e exact same thing around 5.30PM and it was garbage. Cold burgers, old fries, poor presentation and in one case an incorrect order. Sucks because its the closes to me but its a total let down. I have called the national number and this branch to complain but it needs a total over haul

For the love of all that is good, can someone please train them to not overfill the drinks? I’m so tired of having to wipe them off when they hand them to me because my tea is running down the sides. The service time has gotten a little faster in the mornings so that is better!

Nice, clean location with friendly, helpful, and quick service. I popped in quick before my massage next door for a quick bite. I had the chicken bites. When I ordered them, the cashier called to the back for chicken bites. It took a few minutes before another lady brought them out to me with chicken gravy and a tray of other condiments to offer me, but I could tell they had just been cooked when I ordered them, and they were delicious. White meat chunks, not formed.

So this is the closest Whataburger to my home but still not worth the trip. About once every month or two I have a brain fart and decide to go. Went again last night and the past four times I have ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and grilled jalapeños and the fourth time in a row they have forgot the cheese on the sandwich The sad thing is that the time prior to last night I went inside just so they wouldn’t forget the cheese and as I was placing my order somebody walked up and said they left the cheese off of their burgers. I told the woman missing her cheese it has happened regularly for me and is why I came inside. The clerk, the woman and I all had a laugh about it. So what happened. They forgot the cheese again.

Almost forgot part of my order and was super slow getting 6 small pieces of chicken and fries out. I may be somewhat intoxicated, but I’m still coherent enough to write this review.

I love whataburger. This whataburger is the SLOWEST fast food place in the world. The apathy with which this place is run in mind numbing. If there are two cars in front of you at the drive through you can expect at least a 20 minute wait. The two stars are for the food. No one here cares. I’ll dive further to go to other whataburgers.

This is the worst service from a WhatABurger ever, actually any fast food restaurant I can remember. They had me waiting at the window for +5 minutes. Then they asked me to pull forward. I pulled around to the front a little so other cars could get around. Fifteen minutes later, they came out and apologized because they thought I had driven off! Why would I abandon a $ 15 order of food I had already paid for? Then they had to remake my order which added another 5 minutes to my wait. I only ordered 2 standard burger combos… Unacceptable. They made my fries Large and threw in a couple of pies and way too much ketchup to appease me I guess, but still TERRIBLESERVICE. The past 3 times I’ve visited this restaurant, there has been a long line and the wait at the window was ridiculously long.

Had to try the much advertised Monterey Melt. It had few peppers and onions, completely unlike the ads where they are squeezing out of the bun. The Jack cheese had melted to a puddle. Did I say it was hard to find the peppers? And a real pet peeve — both soft drinks were flat as a pancake. A too common occurrence in fast food restaurants. Is it that they don’t know how to service their own drink machines, and won’t pay for service from the soft drink company, or are they saving on CO2 by turning it down to worthless levels? Some restaurants have excellent carbonated drinks. And some are lousy. Two meals for $ 14. I’ll go to McDonald’s next time. Their drinks are just as flat, but cheaper.

I know I’m writing a review about a fast food restaraunt, but hear me out. I love Whataburger, it’s probably my favorite fast food burger joint ever. This is a pretty new location and pretty fancy. The quality of the food is regular tasty Whataburger fare and it’s pretty clean. The staff is mostly High School kids and they all speak English, which I’m all for. The only problem is that all three times I’ve been there I’ve waited over 10 minutes for my food. Once I was in the drive through for 20 minutes! 20 minutes is not the reason I went to a fast food restaraunt! This is the closest WB to my house, but I drive farther just to avoid the wait. If they get their act together I’ll be going there everytime I crave a good burger. Until then, I’ll be driving the extra miles to avoid the wait.
