Excellent Service — friendly and very helpful. They were very prompt and said exactly when they would arrive. I had a thermostat replaced and they found a furnace computer board was defective so there was no heat. The immediately found a replacement part and everything is working just fine. We had a heat pump die on a freezing cold day. Called 2 other, bigger places, both said it would be 4 days and wanted to be sure we knew it would be at least $ 200 to come look. We saw reviews for T&T and called them next. They said they would arrive within the hour, on a Friday afternoon(!) and they did. Fast and efficiently diagnosed the problem, which was failure of 2 systems, both over 17 years old, and we knew both were on borrowed time anyway. They got us running on aux heat, changed out my air filters and said they will get back to us early next week with more info on replacement options. When I asked about the price of the service call, I was told, «don’t worry about it today, we’ll work it out with the replacement.» They were great. I will post again after the work is done, but the initial visit and the way they work, I have a feeling they will be less expensive than the bigger guys who gave us quotes six months ago. I asked what they would recommend and why, and the answers made perfect sense — appropriate solution for our house(3 zones) without unnecessary bells and whistles, sensitive to the costs of doing so much at once. Highly recommend this father and son team!

Somewhat disappointed. Went with these guys since they explicitly said they would bill me(Landlord) instead of tenant. Guy onsite says he needs to be paid immediately upon service completion. Charged $ 250 for 5 lbs of Freeon(includes mandatory service fee of $ 100). The freeon price of $ 30/lb isn’t too bad though, but I am not planning on calling these guys again. Was somewhat funny as a separate AC unit broke today and I called another AC guy who came out(Saturday on Memorial weekend) within 1.5 hours and replaced AC capacitor. Just goes to show that treating customers the right way leads to future business or lost business. Todays repair reminded me to write this review.

When our ac broke during one of the hottest times this month, we called several companies. Many said thy couldn’t come out until the next day. After spending a night in a 90 degree house, it had to be fixed asap. Based on the reviews on Unilocal,I called T and T. They said they’d be there between 3 – 6 that evening. I called at 6:30 to see what was going on and whoever answered was pretty rude and laughed when I expressed that I was frustrated; I hung up on him. Despite the fact that they were about 45 minutes outside of the window(showed up at about 6:45), the techs that came out were great. We rent and they let us forward the bill to our landlord.

I’m mad it’s taken me three weeks to write about these guys. They’re great! My AC died on May 1 — the hottest weekend we’ve had in a long time. I called these guys on May 2(a Sunday!) after efforts with every other company failed. Not only did they answer, but they had my system running three hours later! They were gracious, explained what happened, labeled my a/c unit(lots of units in my townhouse community) and even switched out my air filter. Here’s hoping that I won’t have to see them soon, but if I do, I won’t use anyone else.

I agree with the previous reviewer. I was looking around for an HVAC company because my a/c stopped working, found this review and figured why not. My experience was almost identical to the previous reviewer. Very pleased with the service and knowledge of these gents.

This world needs more service people like these guys! I am so pleased. They were polite and called before they made it to my house. They arrived basically when they said they were going to. Our AC was not running cool and after a short hot panic, we called these guys and they were able to come out the same day. It seems like a family business. Maybe father and son came out. I asked questions and they were happy to answer. After filling my freon or the like, they told us to live with it a few days and they would call and check up on us. They also said they would send us the bill. I usually expect service people to tell you that the sky is falling and that you need all kinds of additional work. These guys were straight forward and helpful. I highly recommend them and hope they get a ton of business, they deserve it.
