I love them. Everyone that works there is super nice and I just go to spray tan. I am not a member but i buy spray packages and the Versa spray tan they have works fantastically. I love it there.

This place is the worst! They sign u up on a one year contract and then if ur card Visa card expires they send you to collections with over 1,000’s of dollars to owe! Never once did I get a call or email or even a letter in the mail saying ur card is expired! Shady biz. DONT USE THEM!

I have been a regular for months now and believe me I have been to many many tanning salons! The worst for me is islands tanning cuz they sell group on to get people in the salon and then pressure people to buy expensive non needed products and make you feel like a broke jerk for not buying anything! Other places have old machines or out dated equipment or not enough equipment and way too busy!
Thus location and the Johnson Creek where Nicole manages (she used to be at happy valley) is the best! Their customer service is beyond compare! What business does the employees offer you and save you bottles of expensive lotion they receive as employees and give you free!
And new or long time employee I have never ever been treated badly or ignored! The staff is never pushy about selling products! They of course mention what is new and good to use but come on if they do they get called pushy and if they don’t they get the bad customer service rep!
I am a strong minded woman and won take S… And I guarantee you that the other negative Unilocalers are taking something personal! There is nothing like bad customer service or ignoring going on what so ever and has never since I have been a member and I go every other day! That’s a whole lot or visits!

I’ll never go to this tanning place again! They are a scam business! They signed me up for a year contract which at the end of a year I canceled. However a year later I’ve found they’ve been charging my card without my knowledge and sent me to collections! What?!! I’m not the only one they’ve done this too, a few acquaintance’s of mine have had this happen as well with this same company! I hope they read their Unilocal because I’m absolutely Spreading the word on this scam business!

Pretty sure they have the most unprofessional staff. They do not acknowledge or remember their clients. Allow clients who checked multiple people behind you to tan and exit and then still don’t know why you are waiting in their waiting room. Finally asked if need to do something different to tan. Staff is always different. If I wasn’t about to vacation, I would never go back. Have been a loyal, upgrading customer for two years and have never ever been impressed. Great job sunsup.

Love it, love it! I’ve been tanning at Sunsup for a long time and I’ve never been disappointed. Spray tans are awesome, just the right thing for the summer. I recommend it to everyone. :)
