I would give zero stars if I could. I put in an order for a 3 foot party sub online. I asked that all the toppings be put on the side. When I went to pick up I didn’t see any sides just the sandwich. I have never ordered a party sub so when they said the toppings were in the box I believed them. When I got it home and opened it there were no sides everything was on the sandwich. Only 3 pieces were eaten from the sandwich due to ppl not wanting everything on their sandwich and not only that but all the toppings caused the bottom part of the bread to get nasty soggy and fall apart after only an hour. It was the biggest waist of money. I will never come back here ever again. They can’t make correct orders and they lie about it.

If there was an option to write a review with no stars — I would. And I understand the importance of customer feedback to business, even to businesses that are already established like subway. Went to order for my office and called it in in advance; To make sure that they have enough time and accommodate their incoming customers as well. the whole point of ordering it in advance is to make sure that they get things right the first time. Unfortunately that was not the case. One of my co workers didn’t get her sandwich. I for example didn’t get the right sandwich. Some are missing stuff, some are not baked, and more. It was truly frustrating to be in this Situation — I understand we get what we pay for, but we are paying to enjoy our sandwich and the convenience. Unacceptable!

Terrible customer service! The girl working there was so disrespectful and rude, she was annoyed and would basically whisper everything so it was hard to hear and if you asked her what she was saying she would repeat even quieter with a pissed off expression. Half way through making the sand which she was trying to imply that she’s closing and wants us to leave. After being nice and patient with her, she didn’t budge or change her behavior. Don’t bother going here

Location is convenient. But having one sandwich builder at the heart of dinner time is just asking for bad reviews. Maybe they were short staffed that one night? Btw, he was the SLOWEST sandwich maker ever. I felt bad for the kid. Hire more staff! Don’t go if you’re in a hurry!

Waiting in line for 20 minutes for a woman who ordered one of everything, they made out sandwich through half of her orders then brought it to the register and said they would ring us up after the rest of the 10 sandwiches were made, EVENTHOUGHTHEREWERETWOWORKERSANDTHEREGISTERWASNOTBEINGUSED. I left. I’ll just drive down the road if I want subway again, this one is NOTWORTHIT.

This Subway is full of racist, young little brats. Not only are the workers rude, but the manager/owner doesn’t care when a customer files a complaint. I wanted an apology for one of the workers ridiculing my mother in front of other customers, and they had the nerve to offer a mere coupon. Although this location is less than a mile from my house, I would rather drive to the Subway on Sunnyside for a sandwich and better customer service.
