If I could give this negative stars I would. No level of hangover could make this delicious. Beans were burnt. Dreams were shattered. Even the nacho cheese could not fix– and nacho cheese literally fixes everything. I still ate it, but out of sheer desperation. I don’t even know what to say, I’m very disappointed. How do your workers sleep at night

Honestly if this location wasn’t so convenient for me to go to I would never come here again. Every single time I’ve gone through the drive thru here I’m in line for a good 20 – 30 mnts. I don’t know if they are short staffed or just extremely slow, but that’s just ridiculous for a drive thru fast food restaurant. Not to mention the customer service is awful, they don’t apologize for the absurd wait time or anything — always unfriendly, and unprofessional. If you can, I’d try to avoid coming to this Taco Bell. Unless you have time to kill.

First off I want to say I’m a big fan of Taco Bell BUT this location needs some serious improvement. Every time I come here it’s ridiculously busy and not in a good way for business. The staff must be seriously inexperienced or just plain slow.
To management: As a consumer (family of five) I would spend more of my money here if you would improve your turnaround times. Just saying…

Took over 40 minutes for an order, then it was not prepared correctly. It took 2 minutes to get another one made correctly. Got an apology for the wait, but no retribution prize.(free empanada for my trouble??) Seriously, people; train your hirees. They’re nice, but need more help and training. There are a few workers working hard, and others who look like they don’t know what to do at all. I really like Taco Bell; too bad the managers are sending it down the tube.

This is the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. 20 mins to wait for Taco Bell is too long. They always screw up your order. Do not go here if you are in a hurry.

They screwed up my order, then gave me attitude when I showed how they charged me for things I didn’t order and requested my money back. A bunch of drop outs with a bad attitude working there.

This location is terrible! Every single time I go here, my order is wrong. Whether I go through the drive thru or go inside to order, it is ALWAYS wrong in some way.

I was impressed with this location! I did the drive through on a weekend, in-​between running errands. There was no line. Yay! The staff were super efficient, with a smile on their face. Generally the building, people, and food seemed really clean and cared for. It’s definitely one of the nicest locations for this chain. I plan on frequenting this location often, if out and about.

David who works the front counter is absolutely the greatest guy in the world, honestly he’s a friend to me now and that’s through his great service!(even if he is a Laker fan!)
Clean location, not overcrowded,
only complaint i have is that one of the managers is an absolute jerk

What the hell is going on here?!?
They gave me like 6 packs of sauce for the 8 items I bought. I need atleast 3 per item, I’m not on a diet dammit, give me more packs. This is the second time there done this. STINGY!!!
I’ll add images, but question, is it me or are they also stingy with the meat?! I had nothing in my crunch wrap or the new grilled stuff nacho. I have proof too! Images will be posted!

Clean and fast. More expensive than some of the other Taco Bells though. The area has needed some fast food for a long time. It sure is nice to have. Considering that it is a taco bell I give it a B+. Service is good for fast food and you can tell they make an effort to keep the restrooms clean. I hope they keep it up.
