Wendy’s

I realize this is just a fast food location, but the customer service is terrible. I used the drive through and ordered three .99 cent Hamburgs no onions and a .99 cent French fry. I gave them my debit card and they charged me $ 5.46. I thought ok, maybe they misunderstood my order and charged me for a larger fry. I got my order and started to drive to my home in downtown Portland. On my way I realize I got the hamburgers, but no fries. I called them and spoke with the manager. I explained the over charge and no fries. She offered to replace the fries. I told her I live downtown and I’m not coming back and I was over charged. She apologized and offered to give me free fries on my return visit. My return visit? So I can not get what I ordered and get over charged. I don’t think so. I will not be returning and I urge other people to check your order and its cost before you pay and leave!

Always such slow and awful service at this location. The tables are usually always dirty. Most of the staff have extremely broken English. Definite thumbs down at this location!

What happened to Gresham Wendy’s?
I mean REALLY? I came in the restaurant cause there was a line wrapped around the building that pretty much didn’t move the entire time I was there. I ordered two Singles extra onion on Kaiser buns fries and a drink. So I guess now, Wendy’s doesn’t have Kaiser buns anymore for whatever reason. They just have their small white buns that they use to use for only their singles, JR bac cheese burgers and kids burgers. Ok fine whatever. Then I look over and they’re putting CHEESE on my burgers! I didn’t ask for cheese! I asked for 2 SINGLES! And even if the lady at the cash register who was FREAKING RUDE and couldn’t speak decent English to save her life, couldn’t of let me know that the Singles come with cheese? OH yes, I looked at the Ridiculous menu and low and behold, It says, SINGLE with CHESSE! I was like WOW! OK I’m and idiot! So when I got home I pulled out the fries and I swore to GOD they must of only cooked them for half the time they were suppose to be cooked because they were so busy and so far behind. What happened to light Golden brown crispy fries? These fries were Undercooked, Limp with TONS of salt on them! The burgers were cold with nasty looking tomatoes and TONS of mayo just slopped everywhere on the bun.
THIS IS 100% UNACCEPTABLE! I don’t eat a lot of fast food but I was in a hurry and hungry and I didn’t want to go to Burger king or Carls JR. What a mistake that was.
I don’t know who the General manager is or the Area of operations of this store is but you people should be absolutely ashamed that you let your store put food like this out the door on a daily basis. You would think in times like we’re in right now WENDY’S would at least make some kind of of ATTEMPT to win their costumers over and keep them coming back! Well, You people obviously don’t care and it starts by the people you hire in the first place. I feel sorry for the kids from the High school that eat there every day.
Trust me if you want good food, DONT GO TO GRESHAM WENDY’S because no one there GIVES A FLYING CRAP ABOUT THE FOOD THEY MAKE OR THE IDIOTS THAT EAT IT.

My mom and I went through the drive thru for a quick bite to eat, and got what we almost always get. She got a junior bacon cheeseburger dry with just the meat, cheese, bacon, tomato, pickles, and bun with an order of fries. I got a junior bacon cheeseburger plain and dry, so just the meat, cheese, bacon, and bun with an order of fries. The first time as we drove away, we opened our burgers to find them smothered in mayonnaise and ketchup, everything on both except no pickles.
We got back in the drive thru line and explained what happened over intercom. Once we got to the window, the worker tried giving us someone else’s order. Finally, she gave us our new order. We pulled over to the parking lot to check to be safe, and we got one burger smothered in mayonnaise again with everything but pickles, and one cheeseburger, just the meat and cheese.
We went into the restaurant this time and asked to speak to the manager and explained our situation. He said he’d make us a new order, which was brought to us by another worker without any apology, just a, «Here.» Very disappointed in the experience, won’t be coming back.

Ah I love Wendy’s. But not this one. Found a long strand of hair wrapped up in my burger. Fries are the soggiest fries I’ve ever had. Wow Wendy’s. Step your game up.

Wendy’s is the WORST fast food place of any other. NASTY!!! The food tastes like it was left out for hours, microwaved dozens of times before it reaches you. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about their fries, hamburgers etc. Never again will I subject myself or my kids to this dog food. Not to mention their prices are RIDICULOUS for this trash!!!
