A Burger King(BK) is almost a shoe-in for 3 stars. This BK, near the junction of Division and Eastman Parkway and within a stone’s throw of Gresham’s civic center and a major MAX stop, as opposed to being in «deep Gresham,» ought to be the town’s best BK. Not! So, on Saturday afternoon, with triple digit heat and not having eaten, those 10 nuggets at $ 1.49 caught my eye. But then, a tasty froyo at Frenzi’s in nearby old town Gresham was also on the brain. That’s another story … a good one. As I pulled up, the door from the parking lot was flung open with the cone shaped yellow«wet floor — piso mojado — plancher mouille’ «signs. I knew it was about«something else!» As I got up there to order, I was told the air conditioning wasn’t working. And this had reportedly been the case for a few days. Given that it was the weekend, I wonder if they got around to fixing it for the triple digit heat on Sunday. Pay the tab, get some cold water and ice, grab those nuggets, dip them in barbecue sauce, remain hydrated, see other customers in various states of discomfort and hear them complaining, and GTFO. Additionally, the front door, facing Eastman Parkway, was also kept in the open position. Congratulations, Burger King on Division and Eastman … I’ve written close to 1,000 reviews and less than 10 have ended up receiving 1 star. You are in that«elite» group.

We usually come here for a quick lunch or breakfast. It’s located right in the heart of Gresham on Eastman Parkway and Division. The service here is ok and the workers friendly. The food is actually pretty good. I still love a whopper here and there. They usually have some good 2 burgers for $ 5 deals. The meals are pretty pricey now, but this is the same across most fast food places. It is fast food with pretty good burgers at a decent price. I will continue to come here.

I’ve stopped by this location multiple times. EACH time I come, I receive horrible service! The workers are rude, the managers are even more rude and aren’t helpful. The line is always short and takes for ever, their service is slow. Worst fast food location; not recommended.

We’re in Gresham because a group of us decided to have Italian style for lunch! As we were heading home, we saw a big photo of an ice cream cone, on their window luring us in for 50CENTS! That’s enough to make anyone stop for something cool and it was not that hot, actually it looks like a FUNNELCLOUD up north! Well, when we asked for two SOFTICECREAMCONE, it was SOFT, she did asked us if we wanted it in a cup. No, we want it in a CONE! Then explained to us, their soft but not frozen, but they need to be put in a cup. Anyway, she gave them to us, they looked pretty good, but ITSUREWASSOFT. No matter, for 50 cents, we just want ice cream. It was not as soft as my last ice cream cone from previous review, @ least this one lasted longer than a mile. I finished it halfway by the time we got to PDX. And I wasn’t rushing to eat it either, and it FELTGOOD in my throat!

I haven’t been in another Burger King lately so I don’t know if they all are this bad. This place is right by where I work and every 6 months or so I give them another try. I don’t expect much, but I am always disappointed. I think the owners of this place are trying to find the cheapest way to prepare and serve their food.

I agree with the previous sentiment service is a little slow, and Yes, they DO make a heck of a sausage biscuit. try a $.25 slice of cheese on it sometime. But the managers that work there are really nice, & despite their slow service — They do work hard — I could not do their job. They get alot of unnecessary grief — When placing your order — you just have to quickly review the details with the cashier before handing over your money — try a PLAIN $ 1 double cheeseburger sometime — more flavor than you would expect & pretty good!

Your Highness, Methinks you do a better breakfast biscuit than King McDonald, yet the hash tot browns taste of french toast sticks. Hither and yon you watch over the fiefdom, and I gaze upon you with general disdain. However this day you provided succor to this poor soul. Heretofore my bowels will forever despise you. Yours in serfitude, MDNP

Service at this location is PAINFULLY slow, no matter what time of day.
