Drive threw sucks. They messed up and made a foot long when I asked for a 6 Inch because I had a coupon. Well first off why not just give me the foot long because you guys messed up & are going to throw it away anyways? Nope they have to cut it in half. Secondly, I asked for extra mayo and they hardly put any on… Had I known that I would have ended up with a cut in half dry sandwich I would have taken out my two small children and just went inside. Oh well next time I’ll know better or I’ll just go to jimmy johns lol

Fast friendly service. Fresh food, no complaints here. Although I didn’t make use of it, the drive through is convenient. I’d definitely hit it up if I was in the area again!

Seriously my sandwich either comes out smashed, cold(even though I ordered toasted) or the cucumbers and chicken taste like they took it out of a fish tank, luckily there’s a subway by the Safeway. I’d suggest everyone go there unless you’re really desperate for crappy service and rotten food.

Wow!!! Nice welcome into the restaurant then all downhill. Untrained workers. 2 new people working the front both are not trained enough to be left alone. 1 — didn’t know the egg sandwich is always toasted. 2 — while toasting, the girl starts putting my veggies on the raw counter which was dirty. I told her WOAH!!! You can’t put those there! So she says ok and slides them back in the veggie bins then puts them back on my sandwich when it comes out. Then she rolls out 4 rows of mayo on the sandwich. Again… WOAH!!! Too much mayo so she scraped some off. Hmmm, what should I wipe this mayo on??? Thank God she found a napkin. Lol. Thought she would put it back in the bottle. Then closing the sandwich was a disaster. Everything was falling out. Just shoved everything in with her hands and gloves that not only touch all the veggies and meats but also all the cabinets and oven behind her. Opened up the sandwich And all the veggies fell out. This subway needs a health inspection today!!! Where is the owner of this location. This issue is of no fault to the workers but to the owners who let them start working on their own without proper training. I don’t think they are supposed to wear the gloves while opening everything then touching the veggies. No point to wear gloves then. This place is unsanitary!

Only reason this doesn’t get a five is because I can’t bring myself to give a fast food chain a five. If I could, it’d be this one. The young adults who work at this Subway are phenomenal service folk. This is the only Subway I don’t dread going into. I hate talking to people, and I hate having the awkwardness of complicating an order by saying«lettuce, tomato, spinach, and pickles on the whole thing, but onion only on one half and olive on the opposite». They are almost always busy here, and work as a team and get people in and out quickly with correct orders. They stuff my veggie subs full of fresh veggies. Yeah, I know… there’s the whole yoga mat thing. You can also clean toilet bowls with the same ingredient that’s in a Tums, labeled Bön Ami. I know there’s a difference between the two scenarios, but I don’t eat subs often enough to worry, and hopefully subway takes that ingredient out really soon. That ingredient isn’t these kid’s faults though. I have been to BAD subways. This one is great.
