U-Haul Moving & Storage of Gresham

I have had a storage unit here for 15 months. Have been in to grab something from storage 3 times in as many months. Every single time, the doors are locked hours after the place opened. So we walked to the front office, every time. And each time I walked in on a minimum of 4 employees standing around doing nothing. Once I walked in to hear 3 employees making fun of a fourth employee. That one had to walk me back to the back of the property to unlock the offending door. Today, there were 4 employees chating about Halloween when we walked in, 2 hours after they opened to ask if they would mind opening. The customer service here is a joke, what company Dosnt unlock their doors until 2 hours after their posted hours, and only after customers have to ask? Their employees can’t even be bothered to stop verbally abusing each other when customers are in the room, or be bothered to do their basic job, such as unlocking doors. Awful place… Never been more dissatisfied. On top of it all we received an email raising out rent, citing high expenses to protect our property. Followed by an email telling us our property was at risk (though they say if I pay them my things are safe… especially now that my payments have gone up…) and trying to sell me insurance. Horribly run location. Uhaul should be ashamed.
