I love the Clover Coffee Machine! The coffee is so rich and aromatic. Still my favorite Starbuck’s locale :-)

Usually everyone here is really nice but today was something else… The girl at the register was SO rude and rushing me and no smile or anything… And that table where they call out your order she just threw my sandwich across it, couldn’t even walk to it. And the guy making my coffee was also so rude and didn’t even call out my drinks right, and didn’t even try to say my name or anything just said«idk here» and just slide the drink to me. They were seriously all so rude… Except for the tall one with glasses. He’s always really friendly. But the other two were a nightmare… Oh and my Carmel macchiato(that he called an iced coffee) tasted Iike shit If I could I would give it 0 stars

It’s cool relaxing place. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I wish the music was not do loud though. One move about this place is that you can always find a place to sit.

This is our favorite Starbucks to hang out when we’re chilling in Gresham. I always get a mocha Frappuccino with only a quarter of the coffee and 1%, no whip :-)

really good place to come to and just relax. I sometimes do my school work here while drinking their coffee! The only downside is that the place can be somewhat crowded. But otherwise, its a really neat coffee shop!

Great employees, service is very quick. Excellent location to do homework/study or have meetings. In a great area surrounded by stores and food places.

My husband and I have been regulars here for 7 – 8 years. We’ve never had bad customer service. The crew changes a lot, but we’re always happy with our baristas. We like to sit outside with our dog in the evening.

Friendly staff. I was disappointed that the Internet was not working. Visiting from California and just wanted to relax and catch up on some work and news on my iPad. Would have been a 5 star experience otherwise.

Great coffee, friendly service, often full of customers. Its a nice place to stay for a little while-enjoy your coffee and relax. Granted you can snag a seat!(Which was not an issue today) Haha.

Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors and a great location. The water bowl in the outdoor area for dogs is a great touch! The store can get a bit messy — leftover straw or food wrappers, spills on the condiments bar, newspapers on the floor — but it’s typically pretty clean. This Starbucks sees a larger amount of teenagers thanks to its proximity to Gresham High School, so I’m not entirely surprised. I’d give more stars if I had ever seen a staff member clean. The staff, as you can begin to see, is not the company’s best. They aren’t rude, but they certainly have never been what I would describe as friendly. I’ve been asked for my name with a drink less than half of the time. Additionally, this is the only Starbucks I’ve ever been to that repeatedly serves drinks without calling them(side note: I’ve only been to ones in Portland, Gresham and Vancouver). It’s happened once when I was with a friend and we were the only ones waiting for drinks which I suppose I could understand, even if it did mean out drinks were waiting there unannounced for several minutes, but it’s happened on busy days too when you end up having multiple people trying to figure out of the drink is theirs(sometimes they put names on the drinks at least!). I’m not sure if that’s just a step that isn’t officially required, but since it happens at literally every other Starbucks I’ve been to, you can definitely find a better coffee shop than this.

If you need a space to study or work, this is the Starbucks to go to. Out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to, this one must have the most seats and largest variety of tables for customers. They have a huge table for those days when you are meeting a few people or have a lot of studying/work materials. If you prefer a smaller table, they also have tall round and regular height tables, as well as square tables. Or if you prefer to sit in a more comfortable chair, this Starbucks also has a lot of armchairs! The barista’s are always friendly and helpful. When I first tried their new Lime Refresher, the barista recommend I try it with tequila. Im a fan of anyone who appreciates their alcohol!

this is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and being in Portland I’ve been to a lot. there were two staff working ad they were not seeming to work as a team. when the chick plopped my iced latte down the lid and sides were covered on coffee. I went over to the condiment bar to get some napkins to clean the cup up. It was a hot mess over there. Used coffee stir sticks, spilled sugar, empty splenda packets, over flowing garbage hole… you get the idea. What there was none of, was napkins. I turn back to the barista but now it’s a different kid. I ask for some napkins and he says«were all out. I’ll have to find someone to find some hand towels». No movement on that for a few so I head towards the bathroom to find some paper towels. On the end on the counter were two ginormous bags of napkins. I grabbed a stack and cleaned my cup. I realize I’m sounding bitchy here, but for 8 bucks for two cups of coffee I want it all in the cup… not on it. and I want some customer service.
