Frontier has the worst customer service. After our first initial set up call — they booked us 3 weeks out. They then canceled the day they were scheduled to come out. Keep in mind, the day we had been waiting for, for the last 3 weeks(and took the day off to be there to let them in) They rescheduled for the next day which happened to be a Saturday. They failed to let us know they needed access to our apartments electrical box, therefore our apartment office was closed, leaving us to reschedule. We called Frontier Monday morning to reschedule, and we were give the date September 24, 2015. We called on September 24th to verify an estimated time of arrival and they claimed there was no evidence that we scheduled an appointment. They further went on to say there is nothing they can do and October 3rd, 2015 is the earliest they could get us in. That would mean we have been waiting for internet over a month… after being on the phone with them for an hour, dealing with rude customer service represenetives, then getting to the«supervisors» there was still nothing to be done to get us in sooner. Do not support a company that treats there customers like that. Do not get frontier. Absolutely ridiculous. We have canceled and will be going with COMCAST.

I would give them no stars if I could. like the two reviews below me I had a similar situation with my bill. I was told $ 35 a month no set up fee, when I got my bill over $ 200 I called customer service the lady basically said whoever set up my account lied. there’s no way the salesman could offer me no set up fee or $ 35 a month with no contract. The worst part is I had to call twice to even get it set up as a new customer this was appalling you should want my business. I moved to Gresham from Monmouth where I’ve had Centry link for over four years with no problems whatsoever. I told the front tier person that I currently pay $ 30 a month about $ 35 after taxes and that’s what I wanted to continue to pay no more. I told them I don’t need phone service I don’t need TV service I just want Internet. He bundled me up with phone service that I did not ask for nor did I want. when I set up the time for the guy to come out and install the Internet I specifically told the caller that I would be working and could not be available till after 4:30PM in the afternoon and to please make that a no on the call because no one will be home before then. well he had to come out again because he came to my house at 8AM. I canceled my service right away and will not be giving them my business nor will I recommend frontier to anyone in the future. I even wrote a letter to my local Better Business Bureau because I felt mislead and taken advantage of. what really sucks for Greshem residence is that we only have two options for Internet service frontier or Xfinity. i’m going to try Xfinity but if it doesn’t work out I might just do a hotspot with my cell phone company because these hidden charges and over exorbitant bills within hidden fees is absolutely ridiculous to treat a customer that way. I have no problem paying the bill the problem I have is that they lied to me, The second time I called customer service and the lady informed me that the salesman lie to me I asked what the regular cost of Internet a month would be and she said $ 75. they lie to get you to sign up so don’t take your business elsewhere.
