I have never given a review on Unilocal before but after the absolute amazing service I received here I felt like I had to.
I was in an accident and my car had started making a horrible grinding noise I went to Les Schwab and after three hours of waiting it took them 5 minutes to tell me my brakes were shot and it would be 906 to fix them. Obviously I was a little unsure of this diagnosis so I called around and found Better Brakes 4 less. They set up an appointment with me for the next day and when I was early got me right in. Turns out I did need brakes but they were able to quote me front and back for less then just the front at the other place. The work was done in just over an hour so I got amazing work done for less then half the price and way less then half the time. And to make it even better they were amazingly friendly and I didn’t mind handing over my money one little bit.

I stopped in to get an estimate for brakes and rotors after getting estimates elsewhere. Jon gave me a quote that not only beat the other estimate, but he offered more services with it! Jon and his wife made me feel comfortable, listened to all of my concerns and answered every single question I had. I made an appointment for the next morning and everything went smoothly, and there were no «hidden fees» of hazmat fees, shop usage fees, etc. The total cost was EXACTLY what he quoted! I have never been to an auto repair shop that showed concern and didn’t try to up sell, until I came here. This is the only shop I will go to from now on, and I cannot thank Jon and his crew enough for taking care of me! You have a customer for life!

My car failed DEQ. Doh! I spotted their sign for $ 38 DEQ repairs on the way out & decided to see if they could help. The manager took my car for an inspection & found that all I needed was a $ 68 tune-​up. The last shop I went to quoted me over $ 500 for one! In and out in under an hour & my car was DEQ ready (after 10 drive cycles!). He guaranteed their work so if my car didn’t pass, just drive it back across the lot & they’ll fix it. I cannot thank the guys here enough for helping this admittedly clueless when it comes to cars lady, & not trying to fleece me for repairs. I will definitely be back when my brakes finally give out!
