I love this store. Love, love, love, love! It’s filled with millions of gadgets that you don’t really need, but have high cool factor. If you are looking to do some redecorating, they have everything you need to spruce up a space — especially a bathroom or a bedroom. They have a great selection of towels too! So why am I giving them four stars instead of five? Prices. You pay for having all the cool stuff under one roof. I honestly think they do gouge a bit, and if their prices were just a little lower, I’d probably shop here a lot more often. If you ever have time to kill, this is one of those stores that it is fun to just walk around in.

Clean, well-lit, great selection of products, fast check-out, and helpful staff. No complaints, pretty typical experience for a Bed, Bath, & Beyond in general. Will return as needed, and I can recommend it.

I had purchased a keurig machine over two months ago. I lost the receipt, didn’t have the box or anything. The staff was great and able to help me exchange for a different machine that I love. They were friendly and very helpful.

Store is neat, well lit, organized, and quite simple. There are big sections, one big loop around aisle, and I barely ever need to ask for help. So why three stars… well for starters, IT’S FUCKINGEXPENSIVE. I mean dear gods, why is a PLASTICTUMBLER with a design seventeen dollars? Why on earth is a plastic bath mat over ten dollars? Are these products hand made by Calvin Klein? I cannot fathom it. Sure, if you’ve lived all your life in Gresham and have never been to any other stores then yes, these prices seem reasonable. But no, they’re not. Don’t kid yourself. I even look for clearance tags. CLEARANCE: 14.99 down from…19.99. Five dollars are you fuckin’ kidding me? That’s not a clearance that’s a sale. Get your facts straight! But, hey, customer service is pretty good. If you get«sale» items and have your 20% coupon then stuff is alright, or if you don’t they usually let you use the coupon anyways. Honestly I’m not sure if they’re friendly, they check my items out and bag them so fast I barely get my card out in time. I mean that’s good, right? So I guess… if you want to look through a store that you’re going to find what you’d like to buy for your home, and then go on amazon to buy it, this is the place!

They really do have bedding, bath and BEYOND. Where else can you get a full suit snuggie? I also forgot my coupon, and they gave it to me. Very nice!

Out of the other Bed Bath and Beyond stores I have been to, this one seems pretty well kept. I have been in some that have the front isles in a hot mess of clearance items. The staff here are really nice and helpful. I forgot my 20% coupon and the cashier went ahead and gave me the discount. She did say, if I forgot one again, others may not let me have it, but they will price adjust your stuff if you bring them the coupon later. If they have to order something for you, it comes in quickly, as well. The location is good because there are some other good shops around it in Gresham Station, like Borders, Old Navy and Best Buy.
