This is the WORST bar in Upstate SC, maybe in the whole state! The Owner needs to find a new business because she is WAY to rude to be in the hospitality industry! The waitstaff is under trained, the drinks are bad, and the place is dirty.
My wife & I came here to see a local band we know, have a few drinks, and maybe some wings. We walked up to the front door and were told there was a cash only cover charge of $ 3 per person. This normally wouldn’t be a problem but, all I had was a card. The girl at the door called the owner outside to point out that they have an ATM with a $ 2.50 transaction fee inside. I asked her to add it to our food and drink bill. She said she would do a special sale just for that after some arguing and lots of attitude, I got a $ 6.00 transaction put on my debit card.
We sat down to have a couple of drinks and ordered some food. The drinks took forever to get to the table and when the waitress brought our food out, she brought no silverware or napkins. Wings with no napkins? Took another 15 minutes to get those! Speaking of wings, mine were ok tasting but, undercooked. My wife’s fries were freezer burnt, had no seasoning, and also undercooked.
I ordered another round of drinks after we finished our disappointing meal and the waitress brought me the check! OK I guess she decided we were ready to go! Told her we weren’t done and then she began to argue with me too!
Unless you’re looking for a fight or like rude people, wait to see your favorite local band somewhere else! Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Had a bad experience within the first five minutes of being inside. Was confronted by a rude and belligerent person who said they are the owner. With so many option to get a beer in this town there is no reason to spend your money here. No customer service.

Service is horrible, owner is the rudest manager I’ve ever dealt with. Called me a liar to my face for stating what one of her servers said was the price for an event over the phone.

Hmmm, where to begin. I’m not sure if this place is a sports bar or a restaurant. They seem to want to be Applebees I think. Biggest problem I have seen is inexperienced bartenders. You can ask them the most common drinks and they have to look them up. The wait staff needs to be more attentive and more friendly. If this is just a bar, the menu needs to be scaled down. They have way too much going on on that menu. That being said, its a nice place, the walls are a little too busy, but its nice. The area is the hold back. This is a strange area for business to being with, you would think its a booming area but there is no local support. Most businesses come and go.
