Service was a little slow the day I visited. Took 15 minutes to make it through the drive-​thru line and there isn’t a lot of parking.

Service friendly. a little slow. Got the Zensation Zalad. What a fabulous combination of flavors. It is a seasonal item. Fresh and hot spring/​egg roll on the side is like the cherry on top. Really great Asiantype dressing that compliments the cold salad greens against the hot chicken and egg roll. This really is a salad masterpiece. Whoever created it for Zaxby’s deserves a promotion, raise, award… SOMETHING!!! Great menu item. Wish they would add it to the menu permanently. Now, just improve the speed of the service and you’ve got a 5 star review.
