I have always had excellent service and treatment with Dr. Lipsey. Unlike my other rheumatologist, she listens and answers questions in a way that is clear and concise. I have never had long wait times and in most cases have been in and out in less than an hour.

I give this group LESS than one star. I had an early morning appointment and waited 1 hr. 40 mins. after my appointment time to see the physician. When I told the Dr. that I’d be leaving, not going through with a work up, I was told I couldn’t leave the exam room until the office manager came to walk me to the check out. This was the single worst experience I’ve had with a practice in my life. I wouldn’t recommend these people to my worst enemy.
