Rated «F» by the Better Business Bureau for very good reason. Please look them up.
I have «limped along» using them for years due to the «cheap» club bag thing and convenient location. But they have repeatedly disappointed me with marginal quality. Last Straw — they accepted a fur for cleaning and completely destroyed it. Upon my placing a claim the response was no and when I said I’ll have to take this to small claims court the owner replied «See you in court». I’ll go out of my way and pay a little extra from now on — and I WILL see him in court.

Super convenient, overnight cleaning at no extra cost and friendly service. I have a paid membership which includes a free laundry bag to make the drop off of your items that much easier.

Dry Cleaning never looks pressed.
Final Straw… Take in alteration, come back a week later to find that the «person» who does alterations is off for a week = 3 week turn around. Top it off no AC for their employees!
