I came here on a Saturday morning for brunch with some gal pals. It is one of the few places that does a Saturday brunch. The porch area is super cute with view of the park. The service was great. We shared a pitcher of white sangria and it was peachy, refreshing, and delicious! I ordered the quiche of the day which had smoked duck sausage, cheese, potatoes, and arugula. I am a huge fan of quiche. Unfortunately this quiche was a bit off the mark. The crust was not cooked all the way and seemed a bit soggy. My friends enjoyed their dishes(crab Benedict and Gallette Complete). I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the disappointing quiche.

Delicious small plate. Abominable service. And the line cooks eating French fries in the prep line and the guy in the prep line who yelled out“SH**!” as we dined. Not impressive; not professional; not sanitary. Baaaaad moves, Passerelle. Where was your manager?

My favorite spot in Greenville. Service is always good. Food is excellent. View is spectacular, and they have a great drinks menu. Sunday brunch is reservation only so don’t even try it.

Amazing location with gorgeous views of falls park. A great place to grab a glass of wine on a nice summer day. The food is, unfortunately, mediocre along with the service. For a «French» restaurant the wine selection is disappointing.

What a heavenly respite after a day of hiking. We were enjoying a mini vaca in Greenville and came stopped at Passerelle Bistro for drinks and appetizers. Rachael was very helpful and we enjoyed our time at this bistro, highly recommend.

We used to dine here often, mostly with customers because it’s in the park and a lovely setting. Haven’t been here in probably a year. Sat out on the patio tonight. Service was good. Overall dinner and desert was good. I started with arugula and goat cheese salad. Shared the Passerelle mussels with table. I had the mountain trout for main dish. It was very good. Desert was flourless chocolate cake and apple torte. Everything was delicious.

I had already walked out once after poor service. That was a few months ago so I figured I would give it another shot today… Well nothing has changed, well maybe its gotten worse. We waited an hour and a half for our food(which turned out to be incorrect). While waiting no one checked on us to see if we needed anything, seems to be a genuine lack of interest in customer satisfaction happening at this place. There is either not enough cooks or not enough waitresses, whatever the case, the place needs an overhaul. It is poorly run to the point of the wait staff being overwhelmed when the place isn’t even at full capacity. ALSO the food has been subpar(chicken salad sandwich and crab Benedict = trash) The owners would do better selling it because they would probably make a killing based on its great location by Falls Park.

Excellent view of Falls and food. It transports you back to France. Mountain trout was amazing with just the right amount of fancy tartar sauce. They have the most unique crème brûlée made with orange Cointreau with edible orange rind that they soak in Cointreau and sugar and top with a small cookie. The chocolate flourless cake was pretty incredible too.

Our waitress, hostess, and entire wait staff was friendly and accommodating. Baked goat cheese appetizer is served on a bed of arugula and has a hint of blueberry baked into the dough. Not too filling either! The mussels we had were out of this world! Delicious creamy sauce, plenty of bread and thank you for remembering a special seafood fork, so many restaurants forget that crucial detail! My arugula salad was satisfactory, tart and citrussey yet filled me up and appreciated the healthy options! We also tried the baked chicken as recommended and it was great, and a staple at any restaurant! We sat outdoors under the awning… Perfect! Excellent way to start off my visit here

Searching for a nice, less expensive restaurant for Valentine’s Day dinner was not difficult after I saw Chef Teri Youngblood profiled on local WYFF. She is one of four chefs in South Carolina chose to be a state culinary ambassador, by the governor. She’ll spend 2016, touring the Southeast at various culinary events, giving cooking demonstrations and educational seminars. Quaint but comfortable, this French bistro setting offers guest the choice of dining inside or a veranda that is heated and enclosed during the cooler weather. The restaurant sits at the start of Liberty Bridge in Falls Park. Interior is fresh with French artwork and eastern European style furniture. One bathroom serves all guest, which could be slightly inconvenient on those busiest of evenings or weekends. The restaurant offers a moderate selection of French wines and the standard bar mixed drink choices. One of Chef Youngblood’s signature dishes is her Mussels Passerelle. which stars Prince Edward Island mussels that have been proclaimed by diners to be the best in the upstate. The saffron cream sauce is the perfect accompaniment to the white wine broth the mussels are quickly cooked in. Another white wine and cream sauce accompanies her helix snails, Escargot. Amazingly tender and delectable, I would truly recommend these to all her guest. The Chicken Paillard is a sautéed, crispy chicken breast, served over beautiful egg pappardelle pasta, with a light cream sauce, capers and arugula salad. Although these dishes sound simple, flavor was the hypnotic factor, which was especially evident in the finale, French Crème Brulee. The vanilla bean and caramelized sugar was«burnt» just to perfection, with a rich, creamy egg yolk custard that even a Crème Brulee hater would love.

Four of us for a 7:00 pm reservation. Waited to be seated for 45 minutes; the bartender was friendly and talkative, fantastic! When we finally were seated, no one came to clean off the dirty glasses from previous group. Bartender brought us our appetizers, which we ate around dirty glasses… Waited for 20 more minutes and never saw any wait staff, menus, or bus person. I went to speak with the manager and he was rude, to say the least; really didn’t care that we left! Never, ever again!

Friendly service in a somewhat hidden location in downtown Greenville, down the stairs that lead to the Falls Park Bridge. I had heard great things about their lunch and wanted to check out their dinner selections. We had the baked goat cheese appetizer which was perfect for two to share. Then we had the seared steak and shrimp entrees. Both were great and well-prepared! Dessert menu looked fantastic but we were stuffed after the main course. Looking forward to returning. Bön appétit.

VERY creative drinks! And good ones! Eggs Benedict was on point and the croissants were top of the line. We came for a late breakfast/brunch on Sunday and expected the wait, so the 30 delay gave us time to walk around and see the falls. The hostess was polite and seated us when she could. It seems like everyone wants to sit outside, and rightfully so, considering the restaurant overlooks the falls and makes for some pleasant background noise. If that is what you want, be ready for the extra wait time and please don’t complain to people/Yelp/management about it. And no, you do not have permission to move yourself when someone gets up… Sorry, having flashbacks from my restaurant days… Back on track, good experience, quality service and great food. What else can you ask for? A little pricey for it to make itself a weekly thing for me, but certainly worth a visit from time to time!

When I first moved to the area I was so excited to try this French Bistro. I am a huge French food fan, and when I find a good French restaurant I am loyal to it through and through. The view from the restaurant itself is absolutely picturesque. It is overlooking a beautiful waterfall, flower gardens and suspension bridge. Unfortunately the food didn’t live up to the view. We came here for Sunday brunch and I was so completely underwhelmed and disappointed. The food was mediocre and service was«eh». The waitress was friendly but seemed to be overwhelmed and was the only server serving the people outside. I ordered the crab Benedict. The crab was not good, I don’t want to speculate on if it came from a can or not but it definitely didn’t taste fresh. I have had probably a thousand eggs benedicts in my lifetime and this was definitely bottom 3. My boyfriend had the croque monsiuer which is normally his favorite. It also was very blah and he barely ate any of it which is unheard of for him. I am hoping they were just having an off day and that it’s normally better than this but I’m not too certain I would return to find out.

Location location location! I can’t emphasize enough how amazing the location this eatery holds. Sitting next to a river and sipping mimosas, a brunch just can’t get better. I would advise to go a bit early, before noon if you really want to get a table next to the river. They have quite a few available but they get filled easily for obvious reasons. If you aren’t able to get a table outside its very cozy and nice from the inside as well. As for the food, it definitely lives up to its French cuisine. The portion sizes are pretty adequate, big enough for one and even two if you get an appetizer with it. My fav of course was the Croque Madam. The sauce was rightly done and the blend of the ham and egg yolk with the bread and cheese was great. The mimosas were surely a plus. The right parts of champagne and juice, they added bubbly to our perfect riverside Sunday brunch.

Treated myself to brunch a few Sundays ago, and waited almost a full hour for outside seating, because it was so perfect outside, I couldn’t imagine settling for boring indoor seating. They took my number and offered to give me a call when my table was up, which was nice. When I was seated, it was lovely, and I was there just in time for a street performer playing a tune across the way. My server(Charmane?) was quick, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. I ended up getting the soup of the day(which slips my mind), and the Gallette Complete with Smoked salmon. The soup was good, the gallette was amazing! As for drinks, I also got a chocolate martini, which was absolutely horrible-it tasted like barely chocolatized chocolate milk. Do not get this. The bloody Mary was okay-definitely go with this option for a Sunday brunch special for just a few dollars!!!

Brunch for two $ 32. It was busy but we were seated immediately. 10 minutes passed before our drink order was taken by our waiter Johnny who was very nice but very busy. Very loud from between conersation and the open kitchen. The décor was simple chic with French wall accents, and the outdoor seating has fantastic views of the park! I had the croque madame which was ham and cheese between toast with egg on top served with fries. It was ok, ham was very salty and not the best quality. Hubby had Gillette Complete which was egg and very salty not fresh smoked salmon in a very bland buckwheat crêpe served with a salad. Not impressed with our selections but would like to return to try other menu items
