Horrible. Pulled up at 15 minutes to close, just a few minutes ago, and the smart a/​/​little girl that answered the drive thru said it would be 20 minutes on the burgers. 15 till close and they have NO FOOD? Punks just didn’t want to have to work. When I asked «none anywhere» she got smart with me about the people in the car ahead of me and their order.
I’ll never go back there. Get some less sarcastic people for your drive thru! Getting our food, with no hassle at McD’s right down the street.

Good food, bad service. They will ignore you, eat in front of you, seen them take drive thru orders while sitting in the lobby.

I know this isn’t a White Castle but very close to it. Burgers were good but to much muster. I ordered a dozen and it took 23 min. So fast isn’t part of the exasperation I’m told. But good steam burgers. Are hard to come by.

Took my family here a week or so ago and all of the burgers very obviously had mold on the buns. I told the cashier and she said okay and took them to the back. I have no idea if they were making more or what but I didn’t see them again so I just yelled over the counter that I wanted my money back because it was 6:30 at night and we had another hour worth of traveling to do. The manager refunded my money but did not apologize or anything. We aren’t going back.

First we were in complete and utter shock to discover a Krystal in South Carolina. It was late at night and we were hungry for some food. And holy crap a Krystal… we make a U-​Turn. Well the service was really good, and they were open. But it took forever for us to get our food. And to be honest, it was just okay, not the best, not the worse. Still it was Krystal… so that was good. Open late that was good also. But still it was slow… not good.

Most convenient, clean, and northern Krystal on the 85 corridor. Fresh, hot, square Krystals are hit or miss but always good if you have a Kraving. No Philly cheese available at this location or any other they say.

Always go to Krystal’s when I’m in the South. It’s a family tradition that started on our first road trip to Florida when I was a kid.
They are delicious little White Castle style burgers with fried onions, mustard, and pickles. I can eat a million of them, but I don’t.
A great alternative to the usual fast food options if you are traveling down South.

Unfortunately, they’re a rare sighting here in the Carolinas, so when I saw one had gone up on Woodruff the last time I was in Greenville, I had to make a stop.
Unfortunately we had just recently eaten breakfast that morning but one of the good things about Krystal/​White Castle is, if you’re not *that* hungry, it’s easy to share. I got a 4-​pack combo to split with my daughter (who had never been to either a WC or Krystal, and loved the sliders), and it was enough to fill us back up.
Service here was kind of slow, and we were the only car there the entire time. I don’t know if that’s indication of the service, or vice versa. It’s not really out of the way, being across the street from Costco, but that didn’t seem to matter.
