Not sure what is going on here but the ball has been dropped on more than one occasion. A week ago, they entire place was out of small cup lids. Today, they have no pink lemonade and we were told none had been ordered too. HUH? Starting to rethink this Taco Bell location…

Just drive past this place. It’s a DMV disguised as a Taco Bell. Services was as you would expect at a DMV. The customer service staff regret having to wait on you. Service is slow. The place is not clean. It smells old. I wouldn’t say, «This is not what I expect from at Taco Bell», because I don’t expect much but decent service and a clean place to get food.

Abandon all hope thee who enter here, for you have entered the gates of taco hell. Despite wanting to eat here, that never ended up happening. It started by waiting in line, we were first. For ten minutes. With no acknowledgement. While waiting I noticed that it was dirty, there were old gloves on the kitchen floor and papers strewn about. That set me thinking this might not be a great culinary experience. Then I noticed it looked like the two people there were overwhelmed and needed help. Two lines and preparing food is a lot of work for only two people on Saturday in a shopping center. My tip off that their threshold had been met was when the lady server handed a little girl nachos. I couldn’t hear any of their exchange except the lady ended it by saying harshly: «throw it out then.» It was the tone of a tired, irritated, angry woman. We were ignored for about five more minutes so I got bored and left. It was probably that best choice I made all day. This seems like a common problem of chain restaurants– it’s not a priority to have full staff at a place like this because franchise fees and shareholder value come before customer service.

can someone PLEASE explain to this location how to make the cinnamon twists? It’s supposed to be a dessert with sugar and cinnamon but tastes like soap… all other locations know how to make them, but I’ve gotten three bad batches here… the last time, I tasted them before going home, and I turned right around in the parking lot and asked for my money back. YUCKYICKICK.

Women’s bathroom was out of service. Restaurant was filthy. My cinnamon twists came with no cinnamon or sugar. I was informed they were out of the soda I wanted and I would have to pick a different one. My burrito tortilla was so dry it was breaking like a chip. Woooow not impressed, guys.
