This Guitar Center has the most pleasant wonderful sales people. Friendly good vibes and great selection. Our drummer forgot extra drumsticks for the gig in Charlotte and luckily our hotel was across the street from Guitar Center! What are the odds of that. Keep up the great work GC peeps!

I went into the store about four months ago to inquire about a Uke and spoke to a salesman (don’t remember his name). I gave him my information and he put it in his computer. I wound up not getting the Uke and didn’t go back until today. When I went into the store today I was immediately greeted by the same salesman who not only remembered me but rembered my name and email. Incredible customer service!

As usual, I go to check out one of the holiday sales events (Presidents’ Day, on 2÷18÷13), only for them to be sold out of every single advertised sale item I wanted to purchase… some advice for whomever is in charge of ordering inventory there: you guys know what sells out every single event sale you have, so stock up accordingly. I already don’t like going into the store anymore than I have to, mainly due to the attitude of some of the employees there, and if I didn’t have a gift card I would not have today (needless to say I still have my gift card, I didn’t buy anything since what I wanted was sold out). It’s a terrible waste of time and fuel to begin with, and adding to the insult is when someone tries to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t want after telling you that the things you came to pick up are not there. Not cool.

After Guitar center had our equipment shipped from Florida, we went to the store to pick it up.
But… The guys from FL didn’t include a transformer with it (it was used gear, figures…). So the guys (Kevin from ops) scoured the store for a little while, and they found us one in their stock. They gave it to us, free of charge. And, we got to test the new piece with our gear in their sound sales room once again.
Very helpful people. Very professional service. Quick shipping. Great price on our new piece. This piece has added another layer of depth to our program – thanks Guitar Center, thanks Zach, Kevin and Greg. Thank you all for making it a smooth process. Does this amp go to 11 (or 6 stars)?
