One of the top Department stores at Haywood Mall. Selection is very strong for mens items on the 1st floor. Women’s is on the second floor. It’s incredible some of the sales they have here if you can catch them. On my visit there were items that were already marked down 25−40%. With your Dillard’s card they were providing an additional 40% off. Not sure how they can sell so cheap but there are not interested in keeping old inventory! Pretty sweet deals. Items offered are your more premium brands but they do have their own Dillard’s name brand. Usually when I walk through I have some service clerks ask if I need help. On this visit some of the clerks looked insanely bored and half asleep. However a few others were kind and offered help.

It’s terrible because this store has beautiful merchandise, but don’t visit this store if there is some chance you may need customer service. Terrible customer service, that is if you can even find someone to help you. Of my 3 visits in the past month, two of them have left such a bad taste in my mouth I will not shop here again. I will take my business to a store that will appreciate it.

This store has a huge men’s department– the whole 1st level– and I prefer it over Macy’s and Belk.

Few months ago, I was looking for a particular nail polish. I saw the colors while I was shopping in Vegas, and the counter clerk told me that they are sold out. That made me even want it more. So, I was on a hunt to find it. I searched it online, they’re on back order. I checked Macy’s, they’re unavailable. I went to Belk, their customer service was a bit disappointing. THEN, from Belk’s Chanel counter, she recommended Dillards. Without much hope, I walked over. First of all, their customer service at the beauty department was amazing. They too were out of the item. I was disappointed, and I really wanted to purchase their sample item., but the young gal working at the clerk was extremely helpful, tracked a bottle of it at one of their other department store. Ordered it, and had it shipped to me. I know it’s not a big deal, I could’ve waited for the online order. But the fact of the matter is, these people are in sales, and they should be helpful selling the product. Not just turn a sale down because it’s unavailable. To me, it’s a big deal.
