Macy’s

Ah you’ve been to one Macy’s you’ve been to them all. It’s just a big department type store that you generally walk through when going to a mall.
I wasn’t too exciting about anything that I passed by and I certainly wasn’t excited about the saleswoman in the cosmetics area that asked if she could help me find anything — really — did I look like I needed make up or did I smell like I needed cologne?

I used to work department store retail in the late 90’s and remember how department stores were being consolidated. I remember how they all department stores began to feel the same…
I’ve used this Macy’s for the last 10 years and after my recent mattress sale, I serious feel they deserve the 5 stars I am giving them.
This is a group effort that goes out of it way to ensure satisfaction in all departments in the store.
My experience is from the furniture and mattress department. Mary and Lenny have done the most outstanding job juggling my needs and delivery schedule. They are the most understanding and efficient staff I have ever known. They will meet your needs accommodate you with ease. I’ve had a few small issues w my schedule (my fault) and they were able to take care of me w such ease… I’m very happy to be working w these people. Another person I would like to add a comment about is Jeff. The entire group works together as a team. They communicate and follow thru, They all should take a bow.
I’ve become an internet shopper, but if I have to be out there shopping, I believe in Macy’s and definitely the furniture department. Thank you Mary, Lenny and Jeff.
