Poor Poor quality, at one time my entire wardrobe down to my socks, underwear, and collar stays were Brooks Brothers. $ 170/​pair pants already ripping with hems coming undone after 20 – 25 uses?
What a shameful company to keeping riding on the quality of yesteryear. These clothes wouldn’t pass muster in Walmart.
SHAMEFUL to MASQUERADE as an «ELITE» brand. PATHETIC!

I have returned to this store many times and have been happy. The customer service is great; I don’t have the best eye for clothes and so the staff picks things out (within my guidelines) and the style and fit are great.
The store seems to do a good business, but it’s not mobbed (thank goodness it’s not at Haywood) and so you will get individualized attention if you want it.
It’s not cheap but it’s high-​quality and there are frequent sales.
