Hi! Thanks for greeting me and asking if you could help me! I know I looked super confused when I found a box the size I needed for my shipment and it was FIFTEENDOLLARS! Are you crazy?! Promptly exiting the store didn’t even elicit a «thanks, come again»! 2nd time in a week I’ve been in a FEDEX shipping center only to leave with no solution. Good times.

Horrible service I went in at 9pm 2 hours before closing. The guy with pony tail did everything possible not to help me. He was more concerned with talking to other coworker about root canals. I was the only customer in the store I had a pre printed label I ask find could insure package he said no not with this label. I said ok then can we print a new label and insure he said for how much I said 7k he said that is not possible. Which is funny because only last month I sent a similar package which I packaged my self for 10k$. I left and sent from my office with insurance no issues. Way to go kinko’s ur future is about as bright as U.S. Postal. Kinkos will never again see any revenue from my company.

Meh — waited several minutes even though there are several people«working» back there. At least acknowledge your customer and inform them that you’ll or someone will be their shortly. I guess she just got to work or from lunch — hence no one was helping me she signed in on the computer(still with her jacket on) and assisted me. I would rather visit UPS — they are attentive and smiles –yes something simple as smile can go long ways. 2 cent — your employees should at least smile when saying HI

Yeah its a copy and print place but gosh darn the service and people are awesome so i thought i should share this with the rest of the world!!!
