Every time I am in the area I have to come here! Absolute best sandwiches and the sweetest owner! The food is amazing and the environment is great. Definitely a must!

Came back here again to have lunch with fiancé. Customer service is always the best here! They are so friendly and the vibes are just great! Always nice and clean here too and the sandwiches are delicious :)

So this review is less about the restaurant… it’s a Quiznos and it’s clean and tons of seating so on and so forth… this is about the owner and his staff! Owner is a super friendly guy who remembers his customers (he remembered what we ordered on our prior visit and while we were eating he remembered the 3 other customers’ orders that came in after us) if you are in the mood for a good sandwich and some soup hit up this neighborhood Quiznos! This is a good owner that has my business for sure!

Well many times I’ve have stated its all about the service, cleaningness and most of all the Quality of food. For a sandwich spot this location hits it on all cylinders. This location is a franchise, not a corporate store.
With that said, As I placed my order not aware that the person making my sandwiches was the owner until I was completely done. What a pleasure to meet this guy.Nasser.
Not to many of Quiznos left. Just like the Pizza wars have started, with so many places and so many sandwich joints also now. Its great for us customers.

TASTY!!! We specifically drive out of my way past 3 other Quiznos to come to this location here in Granada Hills. The employees are top notch. The food is outstanding. Food is fresh. Oh and those Cinnamon Sugar cookies. Enough said. We’ve been coming here for 6 years. Thanks for being great!

I don’t eat at Quiznos often and it came to my surprise when I looked on Unilocal that this Quiznos had nearly a 5 star rating. On top of that, they had a check in offer and I am all about those check in offers bc they’re quite rare
You know what else is quite rare? Good customer service especially at fast food joints. After coming here, I now know why this place was highly rated. The owner greeted me upon walking in and asked how I was and took my order. I mentioned his awesome Unilocal reviews and he was surprised! I don’t get why he’s surprised considering he is such a nice guy! Sitting here, eating alone, I can tell he gets a lot of «usual» customers because they come in and he knows them by name and vice versa.
Whenever I crave Quiznos next, I’m definitely gonna come back to this location.

I love this Quiznos! Their customer service leaves nothing to be desired. They are friendly, accommodating, and quickly remember new customers. The establishment has always been clean on my visits and the staff members are all very friendly. I can’t say enough positive things about this Quiznos, it’s definitely my favorite location. If you aren’t a fan of the other local sandwich places give this one a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Been a while since I had a sub and I happened to come across this Quiznos. Very clean and very welcoming (not those cheesy fake hi) and to top it off the food was so good and fresh! It actually looked like the picture unlike most restaurants I was very pleased with the service and food for this reason, I’m awarding the team at this Quiznos Five stars.

Located in a small strip mall, parking can be challenging at times. If you don’t find any parking in front, more spaces are available in the back and you can enter through the back as well. The restaurant is clean, and the service is friendly. The sandwiches are made to order, so they will make it anyway you want. It has been a while since I’ve been to a Quiznos, but it’s close enough that I’ll probably be back.

I’ve been going to the quizno’s here since the former owner and I must say that the entire thing changed once the new owner Nasr and his father took this place over. Nasr is a prime example of what it means to get to know your customers and provide customer service. He knows all the staff and employees in the shopping center and practically everyone loves him. I know this because I go to the Super Cuts there and the staff there loves Nasr for the way he treats them. I’m disappointed with the comments here and wish more of those who have experienced what I have with the new ownership team would share their thoughts about this place.

I agree with the reviewer below me. I mean come on how hard is it to make a sandwich. Last time I came in there my sandwich felt skimped. Either the person making my sandwich didn’t know how much meat to weigh, or they were doing it on purpose. I felt like I needed to order double meat just to get the same amount in my sandwich that I was used to. Also, when I got to my office and began eating my sandwich, everything started falling out. It was Horrible.
I believe their service could be better. They can get train people that will do a better job, or I’m sure this location will die out. People will continue to complain.

I am adding this Quiznos b/​c compared to all the other ones this one shorts me big time on the portions. I am a fan of Quiznos even though i am from the east coast. There are not many left in our area, it seems this Quiznos has out lived 3 in a 5 mile radius. The people who work there are friendly, and the place is clean. My big issue is the portions. Quiznos gives a small amount of meat to begin with now this place gives even smaller.
