Never with them again I ordered over the phone Nd it’s Thursday not weekends by the way and when the guy came to drop them my wife payed him with 5 $ tip but after few minutes saw the bill and I was in shock that they charged me 13.99 instead of 6.99. Called them and a very rude lady answered me with a lot of attitude Never let me finish what trying to explain ! Guess what after few minute she hung up on me and I was what!!! Called again and ask to talk to the manager and mr. Rayes was very respectfully answering and he agreed to return my money back but he said its a store credit which I did not agree since the food was not what I was expecting and was cold and I think I can do better one at home by the way they did not have many toppings that I asked for ! I will call the owner tomorrow morning and explain about my experience today and I hope she will do the required action to correct things for the good of her bossiness

I was extremely upset with the service here. I ordered at 10:04pm on a Saturday and the delivery guy was late with my order. So I called the store and canceled my order. I will never order from here ever again and best believe that I will be informing my friends to never order from this company again. And I will be letting their human resource manager know about this.

I ordered online via their website it took 45 minutes for them to complete my order, when I went to pick up my order the pizza was only partially warm but since it was 20 minutes before closing I didn’t think much of it and I went back home. Once home I opened my pizza to inspect my order, the toppings were cooked unevenly, I suspect that this store tried to cut corners and reuse an older order, to top it off when I picked up the pizza the crust was only luke warm and the cheese was already hardened and cold. I know it was near closing but its unacceptable to turn off or lower the temperature of your food warmer.

I guess I can understand having to wait over an hour for a pizza, but it is unacceptable to wait that long for a cold pizza. There is a need for HR to help train and bring better operations and employee practices at this location. Unfortunately, I suggest Pick Up instead of Delivery from Pizza Hut… and that drops their value tremendously. I haven’t had this issue with Dominos.

DONOTORDERFROMTHISPIZZAHUT. 1) Ordered online and was quoted 1 hour 18 minutes for delivery. Really? Okay, fine. I get it, Pizza Hut is extremely busy on a weekend night. 2) Pizzas arrive, and the pizza was ROOMTEMPERATURE. Room temperature! I couldn’t believe it. Never in my life have I received a room temperature pizza upon delivery from any pizza joint. 3) Thin and crispy with extra marinara tasted like it had absolutely no sauce. Regrets sunk in deeply last night because our other options were PizzaRev, Mulberry, Papa John’s, or even Domino’s. But hey, I guess you learn from your mistakes! Save yourselves the time and angst, and eat somewhere else. Never again, Pizza Hut.

To start out with, if I can give this store absolutely NO stars I would. Anyhow, this location is the worst of the worst that I have EVER dealt with. I’m a traveler so when you’re stuck at a hotel you’d order pizza from pizzahut just cause of habit. I’m from Chicago so there’s absolutely no way in my right mind I would ever order from Pizzahut in Chicago cause pizzahut is nothing compared to the mom and pop pizzerias there but in California you kinda have to search for a decent pizza joint. This pizzahut in granada hills Always takes close to 2 hours to deliver, and many complaints have been issued to store, and the regional management and yet nothing has been done do fix the ongoing problem. I just called today to ask what the wait was and I was told 1 hour and 19 minutes ??? Really? So I decided to write this review to see if someone actually cares about how bad the customer service is. I was told by a regional manager that they fired some people and hired better personal but I don’t see a change… with that said just as an fyi if you want cold pizza that takes over an hour than this is your pizza joint. For those of you who want good Hot pizza in Granada Hills, CA order from Domino’s in Granada Hills, CA their customer service is great and their pizza takes 27 minutes to deliver and I’m not kidding. if your pizza doesn’t get to your house in 30minutes or less then I’ll pay for your pizza, that’s how confident I am. Domino’s in Granada Hills is where you should order for delivery… stop using this pizzahut cause frankly I’ve be treated with no respect, and not a care in the world if I come back as a customer or not. horrible place. order from Domino’s… #Domino’s is better.

I placed an order for delivery today and within the first hour of waiting for my pizza I called to find out what time will it be arriving. I was put on hold for more than 30 mins! I had to hang up and call again to wait for some else to answer the phone and was told my pizza was in the oven and would arrive in another 30 mins! Once my pizza finally arrived it was cold! Ridiculous! Never again will I order from Pizza Hut!

Be aware, when you order to delivery and pay with your card, this store take a copy of your card, that is really awful, why they need to have a copy of your card number and info??? Do not permit to the driver to copy your card numbers, that is illegal.

Despite the previous reviews, I has to pick up some pizzas for my kid’s class. I ordered over the phone which was quick and easy. Since most of the business is delivery, the two designated spots in front of the business are hardly occupied, except with the delivery vehicle. Now, the pizzas are WAY smaller than I imagined. That being said, for the price I paid, I could have gone elsewhere and got more pizza for my buck. Seems the Hut is more about the wings and other things and not so much about pizza anymore. That’s what I get for panicking.

worse costumer service ever!!! I ordered my pizza online and t said it would be done 20 minutes from the time I had ordered it, when I arrived nobody greeted me even though there were four people infront they made eye contact with me but none of them said a word. It took about 7 minutes for a worker to even say have you been helped? I told him i was there to pick up an order he had told me nobody made it yet ! Are you kidding me???

Recently I ordered the pizza sliders, yeah well I ordered bellpeppers, onions and pepporoni for one of the selection and when I got them there seriously was no sauce and there were 5 onions/bellpeppers with one pepporoni, what the heck is that! Definitely will not be ordering from them again. Waste of $ 10 dollars!

Have never experienced such awful customer service! I find it inconceivable that it’s possible to absolutely fail at such a basic service — pizza delivery! & what a joke. Completely unreliable: 5:50pm: We had guests and placed our order. 6:50pm: They delivered the wrong order. We called back, they apologized and said the right order would be on it’s way within an hour. 8:30pm: no pizza still. We called again. Same employee answered phone, claims pizza will arrive in 10min. 9pm: There is still no pizza — 3 hrs later! I call back and am told pizza delivery man left 15 min ago. I don’t care at this point, I demand FULL refund!!! 9:10pm: My refund is delivered. 9:20pm: I get a phone call, another pizza delivery man tells me he is delivering pizza but is lost in my area. And so I end up giving him directions!!! 9:25pm: He makes it to our home. We finally have our order!!! WELLDONEPIZZAHUT. 3 ½ HOURSTOGETANORDERRIGHT, ANDTHAT’S AFTER I’VEGIVENDIRECTIONSTOO. –_–
