Domino’s Pizza

Well when I thought this place was starting to get better, I come today and my order was wrong again. This is l at least the third time I have had an issue with my order. I figured they were just over worked and mistakes happen, but three times is to many times. So best believe I will never be here again.

Wow, I can not remember the last time I even ate a domino’s pizza, let alone step into one or order from one.
I had a coupon and no food at home so figure why not, pizza it is!
I ordered a special which was a large 3-​topping for $ 8 carryout, plus a gift card so came to $ 5 (it was a small gift card)
i asked for the toppings to be chicken, onions and feta cheese, and the crust to be the thin crust
they definitely made the pizza fast, checking the tracker on the way it was done in 5 minutes!
walking in, there were two female employees who were both super nice
the pizza looked decent and i headed back home.
i returned home to really see the pizza and see how small it is. . this «large» is barely bigger than a Pieology personal pizza… sheesh first strike
and then as i started eating, the crust was nasty! literally cardboard saltine cracker crust! what is this, phooey
as I continued eating, I had no taste whatsoever of feta cheese… WHERE’S THE CHEESE?!
to make matters worse, I had signed up for the reward thing and discovered you only get rewards when you spend $ 10 minimum, as opposed to Papa John’s (way better) who gives you rewards for any and every order…
wellp, no more dominos for me! 2 stars go to the speed and friendly employees

Pizza was hot, fresh and really tastey. I haven’t ordered from Dominos in years, and I’m happy to see how much the pizza has changed for the better. The entire experience was great, On-​line ordering was fast and the On-​line pizza deal was really great, I was able to track the order On-​line and the pizza got here fast and tasted great. Well done Dominos, you earned me as a customer for good.

One of the best dominoes. We tried a different location and it was so awful my kids would not eat it. This location always makes a decent pizza with a good amount of toppings, perfectly cooked and the price could not be cheaper. One time they came late and gave us our pizza free and apologized. So easy to order by texting a pizza emoji!

Used to love this dominos, but they really screwed me today. Ordered the pizza using their app, like I usually do, and got my confirmation email saying it would be delivered in 28 – 38 mins. Well, an hour goes by, and no pizza. I called the store and was placed on hold, then hung up on. I called back and was supposedly talking to the manager who told me that they’ll get my pizza out as soon as possible. That I had to wait for the driver to go back to the store and pick up my pizza, then deliver it. It has been over an hour and NOW he’s on his way to the store to pick up my pizza!!! Are you kidding me?!! When I asked about the email and the delivery time the «manager» said that when you order online it doesn’t sync up with their store for delivery times. What is the point of using the app and ordering online if it doesn’t give you correct information!!! Completely ridiculous. I ended up canceling my order and going with Papa John’s instead.

When ever I need to order pizza because I am craving or need to
just treat myself, Domino’s always delivers within 30 minutes. I
also have the same delivery guy who is always courteous and
kind. The pizza is always great and also the dessert which is a
treat…also get my crisp salad.

i’ve never been so sick! do not i repeat do not eat their chicken cesar salad!!! i’ve been throwing up all night and morning. screw you guys.

It’s not digiorno, it’s delivery, and it’s dominos.
They’ve really stepped up their game after the rebranding.

Ordered dinner for the family — took an hour and 10 minutes for it to make it to my house — and my order was incomplete! When I called to tell the manager she was very snappy and short with me and said she would send a driver out to bring my missing items… but didn’t get any of my info before she hung up on me!
The delivery guy was awesome and I wish that there was a separate rating for him alone. He was very friendly and polite.
So basically everyone ate except for me… and I am still waiting for a driver to return with my order!
For a family with small children we order pizza quite often — but never from here again. Pizza Hut is looking like a better option for us now!

Brian and jamie should be fired. Never have I been treated so bad. Jamie said they didn’t need my business and then called me cheap. How will they haven’t lost their jobs yet is beyond me. All I did was placed an order, come pick it up, and ask for one extra ranch. They wouldn’t give me one extra ranch for free. this is the second time now that a Domino’s has done this to me but the first time someone has yelled at me and called me cheap and said they didn’t need my business. I guess I should really stop going to dominoes. It’s weird though because I told another Domino’s about this and they offered to give me as many ranches as I needed. I guess I just picked the wrong two locations.

For pick up order. Fast, hot and fresh.
I found out that Domino’s is way much better than Papa Johns, hands down. The Pizza’s are really tasty, plenty of topping (they don’t skimp as PJ does) and the finished pie way much better.
I ordered twice in one week their pick-​up special (Monday thru Thursday) Large size with three toppings for $ 7.99 plus tax. The Parmesan bread bites (16 pcs) with 2 liters of soda for $ 4.99 plus tax. I think you can never beat this deal.
The Pizza I ordered had Philly steak, Chicken and Mushroom with white sauce. It was really delicious and cooked perfect. The bread bites were amazingly delicious, you should try them out.
This same order if you decide to have it delivered will cost you more than 20 dollars. I think I paid little over $ 11.00 for pick-​up.

I love Domino’s pizza every since their new recipes but it seems as though the hype has ended. If feels like the pizzas are not being made the same as they should. we ordered pizzas last night and portions of the pizza was undercooked and not warm. The edges of the crust were still pale white, there lacked the garlic seasoning, which makes the pizza taste so great. We live less than a mile away and the pizza should not be so cold. It did arrive during the estimated time frame but something went wrong.
We ate the cooked portions and threw the rest away. We didn’t want to deal with waiting another 40 min for another pizaa.

Bad customer service they have one employee called Gina she is ready to fight with customers all the time

Terribly long wait … it doesn’t matter whether it is good or bad pizza, but when my stomach goes berserk due to hunger, I feel weak.
I bought a $ 7.99 pizza deal at around 5 pm, I saw the wait time is max=20 minutes. It was a carryout. I drove for 20 minutes and arrived at the store and waited additional 20 minutes.

GREAT DOMINOS LOCATION, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT FOOD. We do pizza parties at work every 2 – 3 months and always order from here. We usually get 20 pizzas plus chicken wings and nuggets, breadsticks, salads, drinks. They get it to us in a flash and the order is always correct. Drivers very courteous and we usually tip them generously. The pizza is always superb and the new gourmet specialty chicken sides are excellent. The pizza and chicken and breadsticks all freeze very well and still taste fresh after some weeks. Definitely my favorite take-​out pizza restaurant! Dominos has come a long ways in the past decade. I didn’t like them at all until not too many years ago.

So much for perfection check and all that it says on the app. Pizza came cold with old spinach, somewhat smashed and all over the place. Gave me a terrible stomach ache. Such a shame, I have been ordering from them for years and there quality really has went way down. The only reason I gave it two star’s was out of respect for the driver.

This is a great Dominos. Food always arrives quick and hot.
The order tracker, on the other hand, is incredibly stupid. I have no idea who thought it was a good idea to have a romance-​story theme.

Pizza is good, but some of the workers are for lack of a better word unorganized. Ordered 2 pizzas and bread bites, didn’t recieve the bread bites so I called to let them know. An hour and thirty later they still weren’t delivered so I called again and turns out no one even left with my order. My compensation was store credit for the bread bites… Sweet (sarcasm)!

There are so many other choices in the area for great pizza, and the party I went to ordered this. I was not impressed. The new recipes introduced over a year ago have not improved on a mediocre product. Pizza has changed a lot over the years with high quality ingredients and tasty gourmet options available at reasonable prices. I can see why they tried to revamp their product, but I don’t understand the direction they went in. You have so much potential to enhance your product, I just hope your corporate headquarters doesn’t wait too long to realize the mistakes they have made. Until then I think I will stay away from your chain and enjoy some of the amazing options we have just down the street.
