Upon arrival I was not familiar with the menu and when ordering I asked questions and received nothing but impatience and a poor/rude attitude. I asked for a specifoc count of winds and confirmed i wanted boneless and the meal. I then stated i wanted 20 and confirmed that i wanted origional. I asked if the 20 came with a drink and fries also and got a snide response about«thats only the 10 piece.» It was a poor experience and the service took forever. When i got home they messed up the order and didnt gove me any origional. I attempted to call the number on their site which is also their phone ahead number and it was dead silence and then a message machine. This is a trifecta of poor customer service, expensive prices, and unreliable consistency.

Came here for a late night snack, and wasn’t disappointed. A little on the pricy side compared to Buffalo Wild Wings, but I would rather go here than there. 1. The service was great, and I love their soda machine. SOMANYCHOICES! Try the Peach Sprite. 2. The chicken was okay, I got classic, but it seemed a little crunchier(?) than normal, and felt like there were times that it felt like I was chewing on plastic or bone. 3. I got mild and parmesan garlic. The mild was doused in sauce which I LOVED! The parmesan garlic was EH. I tasted the parmesan more than the garlic, i even wonder if they even added any garlic in there. 4. Their FRIES, gotta love em, can’t complain about that.

Always great service! Wings in my opinion are better than Buffalo Wild Wings. So glad they have this location so close to me, my go to place for many type of different wings boneless, bone in, strips etc… also they have the best side selections. My favorite wings are Hawaiian or teriyaki.

Decided to get these wings for a superbowl party. I should have taken the time to go to Stater Bros just two blocks away for their previous marinated wings and threw em in the oven or grilled them myself. Too pricey for the food. You can do better doing it yourself.

Occasionally come in here for wings, never had a bad experience, service is always good, and wings are always tasty. Had the 15 pic and fries to split with a buddy and got a extra 5, so half lemon pepper, half original hot, and a extra 5 af mango habanero !! I’m not a big fan of lemon pepper but it is good, but the mango habanero was really really good! Will continue to come by for wings

I’ve been to this location about 6 times now and have had great service and good food, for the most part the wait is about 14mins depending on how many people are their already which I don’t mind waiting. I’ve been waiting on by the same people a few time and they have been great I believe there names are(Beau or bo) not sure how they spell but he’s friendly, also(jazlene) she was helpful and friendly and I believe the other was(Angie) she actually gave me a few suggestions on what to try and now I’m hooked on the Cajun wings so bomb. The rest of the crew were also friendly as well this by far is the best location I’ve been to.

I enjoy great wings, so naturally I frequent Wingstop on a regular basis. I will admit that this location is a bit of hit or miss in a few areas. 1. Wing sauce proportion to wings. Most of the time the wings are covered in the delicious sauce of your choice, but there has been a few occasions where there was more wings than sauce, and that was unfortunate. 2. Cleanliness of the store. There are times that there is trash everywhere, largely due to their not being a trashcan readily accessible to the masses without heading outside. 3. Friendliness of the staff. I have had 95% great service. The other 5 percent was either dealing with a grumpy and rude manager who hung up on me while I was ordering food, and on a separate occasion dealing with a grumpy associate who was rude and short with us. I just chocked it up to they were having a bad day and didn’t hold it against them. 4. Breading to chicken proportion for boneless wings. There have been several occasions where I have gotten breading only, and that was a serious bummer. Overall good experience, the good definitely outweighs the bad.

This used to be a place I craved to get a wing fix once in a while… Until tonight! When I opened up my coveted bag with garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper wings in them, I was ready to fully enjoy every bite while watching a little TV… Two wings in and… Crunch! Ouch! A bone? Sand? Not sure, because I accidentally swallowed it, but my gum was hurt and bleeding. Upon further inspection, I found a large shard of jagged GLASS hiding in the sauce!(Pics to follow) I called, was put on hold and disconnected, three times! I drove all the way back and asked for a manager.(Found out later she was a «supervisor» not a manager.) She was quite sweet and apologetic… Just not super well-equipped to deal with this type of situation. She offered to make me more, but I just asked for a refund… Something made me completely lose my appetite for wings! When she talked to the guys cooking and told them glass had gotten into food, they basically ignored her and acted like they didn’t care at all. No respect for her authority at all. They knew they broke something and were just too damn lazy to follow protocol to clean it up and keep food safe. Why should they care if someone gets glass in their food? She didn’t take my name or number to give to a manager, just gave me my money back and said sorry(a sincere apology on her part, again, she didn’t know what else to say or do). We used to own a restaurant, and there are really specific rules for handling food and broken glass… There are scary and unhealthy practices in that kitchen if this is happening!(This wasn’t a chip off of something!) And certainly, had I had a customer cut their mouth and swallow a piece of glass… I’d be a little more diligent about handling it, than just offering a new order. I think my cravings for lemon pepper wings have been cured! Who knew all you had to do was chew and swallow a little glass? I have an idea for new«diet» book and it seems to be writing itself… If you don’t mind your mouth and throat being cut up! Ha! I will never come here again! Glass in food gets you automatically voted off the island!

I ordered online looking forward for my order to be ready and came to the restaurant with it not prepared. I then go home and figure out my lemon pepper wings were drenched in a puddle of oil. It sucked. The fries are always so good and I asked for well done but unfortunately it was just soggy and salty.

We are done with this location! Waited on hold for 20 minutes… finally got an answer and they hung up once we said hello! Called back and said we waited 20 minutes and we’re just hung up on and the girls response…“well sorry we are short staffed so” I said ok thanks I wanted to let you know that wasn’t ok. very poor customer service and we are now done with them. Very unprofessional… if I were them I would’ve apologized and offered something. I don’t need freebies but geez. I work in the restaurant industry so I know how customer service should be approached in these situations.

Kids love the wings, but the bread was stale and the tables dirty. Staff is uninterested and not friendly. Wish there was a different one in area so my kids wouldn’t have to miss out their lemon pepper wings. Plenty of other places to eat in the shopping center though, so not all is lost.

It’s sad to say that the quality of this Wingstop seems to have gone downhill. Lately, the wings are cooked to jerky, and service, in general is below average. For example, tonight an employee came out to refill the paper towels, but did not pick up a single tray from three dirty tables before he went into the back. A picture of the dirty table has been posted. I will be going to a different Wingstop location from now on…

I made an order 20 mins before their closing time with horrible costumer service and my chicken undercooked when I got home I just realized. Will make a complaint in the morning.

I love the food at wingstop. But this Glendora location takes way longer — compared to most wingstops — to prepare your food. Even when ordering ahead of time via phone/online! But my biggest complaint is that they always run out of multiple, major, soda flavors like diet Dr. Pepper, Coca-Cola, etc… Every Time I ask about refilling the flavors(I’ve asked 4 times on 4 different visits) they always tell me «they’ve run out»… Which is more than likely code for«we don’t want to take the time/effort to refill the machine»… Blah.

Being my first time at Wingstop I was excited about eating here as many people I have talked to rate this place highly. The wings are not bad however I was a little disappointed in only being able to choose two flavours with my meal. In terms of price it was a little pricey however it appears that the best time to go would be when the specials are on. Overall Wingstop is not what I expected, the food was good enough to fill you up however I found the service and overall experience lacking to be considered somewhere I would go again anytime soon.

I got this with friends a little while ago and ice been back three times since. Seriously their boneless wings are delicious. I’ve never cared for wings before because they were too messy and too much work. The boneless wings are basically oversized and fancy chicken nuggets. The breeding is nice and crispy. I’ve only had the BBQ sauce. It has a nice complexity and a good kick(though my tolerance is rather low). I’ll definitely be coming back on Mondays and Tuesdays only for the 60¢ al carte wing deal. The minimum is 10, but if you get 6 wings and fries it’s like $ 4 more. The workers overall here are pretty friendly. They have one of those soda machines with 8000 options because it mixes the syrup with the soda water.

I don’t like you wing stop ! Sometimes I settle for wing stop when I don’t feel like dealing with bww but after my last experience I decided it was my last:). First off we ordered 30 wings, they gave us one ranch ! I was pissed okay maybe it’s not that big of a deal but how does one ranch cover 30 wings and also garlic Parmesan fries? Instead we paid 75 additional for each ranch we needed. I’m sorry but why do that when the wings are honestly not as good as bww and I can get all the ranch I want there? Bww is not as stingy and that’s one of the main reasons I’m not going back. Wing stops wings have a bad after taste I don’t like the bbq the mild I can handle eating but don’t enjoy much, there’s not slot of seating area. The one thing I like is the custom soda machine because I love creating new lemonade flavors ;)

Last night my girlfriend put in an online order for the 30 piece Family Meal. We were given a 20 minute estimate to come pick it up. No problem. 20 minutes pass and it took about 5 minutes to get there, so now we’re pushing a half an hour. I go up to the girl in the front and she tells me it’ll be a few minutes. A HALFHOURLATERAND I FINALLYGETTHEORDER. Seriously, don’t lie to a customer then have me sit there while everyone else(even people who ordered after me) got their food on time. I swear you all didn’t even start preparing the order until I came in and paid for the order. I literally sat there and watched you all ring up the ticket as soon as I paid. What was the point of us ordering online if we were going to be treated this way? This was very unprofessional and made you all look very bad in my eyes.

Pretty much the worst Wingstop ever. My wings were drenched in sauce, so not even chicken with my sauce, just sauce. Not to mention our order was incomplete & the fries were old. We also got some of those awesome old fry particles that had been refried numerous times & had just been sitting in the fry basket for who knows how long. Stoked.

The last time I went here was five months back or so and that was my last. Not because of the food so much. The food is pretty good and the seasoning on the fries I still like and their lemon chicken parmison is where its at. I went in on a to go. I was waiting for my food. The guy was handling money and handling food. I see him wipe his nose and went back into action and grabbing bowls and what not. So I confronted him on not washing his hands he denied it. So I wonder what else he does. Fricken gross. Hopefully I can work up courage to come back.
