Wtf man!!! I’m so upset right now I’m freaken over here pregnant as fuck waiting for my craving to be satisfied I called in to order my pizza at 11:45pm they said it would be 30 mins it’s now 12:50pm I’m falling asleep here all hungry and they don’t answer my calls! Are they closed now? Are they not gonna bring me my pizza???

Only giving one star because I have to. After my mom ordered online and put in all her payment information I went to go pick up the pizza. I was told to present ID & the card & after explaining to the girl behind the counter how I had not paid for it & was just picking it up she still would not allow me to leave with this $ 8 pizza. I understand it may be your company policy but now you have one less customer over a measly $ 8. And as I was waiting I noticed they charge for cheese & peppers now? Shouldn’t be hassling your customers if you’re hurting for money that bad Dominos

First and for most, great pizza, i love it! However I wish I could give this place half a star for their absolutely terrible customer service. I showed up well over an hour before closing and the workers were just standing around doing nothing and as I opened the door, one of the workers turned and very rudely told me that they were closed and I would have to call if I wanted any pizza. So as I walked back to my car that was parked 100 ft away from the store, I proceeded to call and place an order for delivery. The other worker that answered the phone, answered the call with a very rude tone of voice as if to be annoyed that I was ordering a pizza an hour before closing. An hour before! I couldn’t believe these people still worked at this place, my boss would have gotten rid of us in a split second if we responded to paying customers as these workers did. I will never order from this dominos again. End of story.

The pizzas are good — especially with their maranara sauce as opposed to just their tomato sauce. I’ve never had a problem with that aspect of this mammoth corporation…
But charging for freaking parmesan cheese and red pepper packets? Get real. On such a high margin item like pizza, if you can’t toss in a couple fraction-​of-​a-​penny packets of condiments, you’re the epitome of greedy.
And to any other place my pizza-​craving palate goes… you hear that Pizza Slut? I’m coming for you!

Better than I expected. Ordered online 2 medium deep dish for friends and us. Ready for pickup soon after I arrived. Counter staff were courteous and friendly. In and out within 5 minutes. I got it home and everyone commented how good they were. Remember to check the ‘deals’ online and order before you go.

I have always said to my friends that Chuck E. Cheese’s pizza was, by far, is the worst pizza ever made by human-​kind. Dominos was never really my favorite, but their crust was moist and droopy (kin of like a NY style pizza) so I always liked that part.
Fast forward to to tonight. OMG. I would have killed for Chuck’s pizza compared to this. My GAWD, this is a bad Little Caesars Pizza! What happened? I honestly believed that they gave up completely on taste to stay in business because this is now the WORST tasting pizza I have ever eaten. Ever.
Dominoes is clearly trying to stay afloat but cutting corners now, and I am sorry about the economy, but I would pay a little more to get the old style «ok» pizza, but this is complete garbage. I called and complained to the nice, over-​loaded manager, who said she would comp me a pizza, and I had to give her the bad news that I would feel equally violated if I was made to eat a free horrible pizza.

This place is a typical Domino’s. They have the same pizza as all others and the same deals.
The workers are friendly and delivery doesn’t take too long unless your ordering on a Friday night. Then it can get up for 40 – 60 minutes sometimes.
I love the new garlic crust domino’s has made. Even people I know who aren’t big crust eaters like it.

Ok… Horrible customer service-​I was bounced back and forth between Dominoes in Azusa and Glendora. Being told to tell one Dominoes that Ryan says to deliver to me, and the other to tell Dennis to deliver to me.
Play your games at recess!!! There’s plenty of pizza places around that are professional and aren’t going to give the customer a hard time– Don’t buy Dominoes, because they don’t want to sell pizza!!!
I can’t believe that a business, in the business of selling pizza, does not want to sell pizza. I don’t get it… AVOID!

I attempted to order a pizza for my girlfriend and they told me They wouldn’t do it because I would not be there to sign for it even though I gave permission to the recipient. They were not helpful whatsoever. Lost my service. Thanks Papa Johns for fixing that right up.

The worst ever pizza. I have ordered before from Dominos but this pizza was tasteless. Lacked Feta cheese, lacked tomatoes and spices. It was nothing but crunchy bread and mozzarella cheese. Horrible.
The chicken was rubbery because it was reheated. It had the burn marks from reheating on it. Who sells old chicken? This place does.
Go somewhere else.

I ordered 2 pizzas 2 toppings. 1 hour 45 minutes later … Still no pizza. I was told 30 minutes when i ordered, i called they said hes on his way … Delivery man shows up says 2 orders before me were 1 hour plus late also … No one wants cold pizza, cancelled order on the spot ! Never again

I don’t always order from Domino’s, but when I do, I order from the one on Foothill.
I ordered tonight and Im eating it right now.
The staff has always been really nice. The first time I ordered online, my order got delayed because I put in the wrong phone # and the manager gave it to me free, without me even complaining or asking.
another time, a staff member called me to make sure my order was right. I was trying to build my own philly cheesesteak pizza online and he noticed. he made sure it was done right.
seriously, they should pay me for this awesome review but I consider my yummy pizza to be my compensation.

I just ordered from this place for the first time… They have an online tracker. You can see the progress of your pizza from the time you place the order, till it’s at your front door… Pizza was good, not the best I have ever had. Good non the less. 30min or less…

One star because they actually delivered the Pizza. We tried them again because of their new ads. The PIZZA was vomitable. Tasted like 6 pounds of Garlic on old wallboard. Never Again.
