UPDATE: I called the store and spoke with Cynthia. Instead of trying to fix the issue, she was curt and gave me a ton of attitude. Guess I’ll be ordering elsewhere. Papa John’s is my all time favorite pizza. I order this pizza more than I’d like to admit. It’s too bad this location can never get it right. A pizza ordered with extra sauce shouldn’t taste like a sad day old pancake. Very disappointed. Please learn the difference between light sauce and extra sauce.

Some of the best customer service I have ever gotten at a chain pizza place. I’ve been ordering here for years and have gotten A+ service. One time there was a mistake on my pizza and the manager Ryan was very polite and took care of it very quickly. They don’t skimp on the toppings and actually take pride in their food.

Some thoughts I had with this delivery order: Everything on the order was correct. Pizza was tasty as always. There could have been more on the extra sauce, but whatever. Why does *insert popular wing restaurant here* always have such huge chicken wings? It’s probably because Papa Johns buys up all of the small reject ones. The wing sauce has a weird texture, it’s kind of greasy right out of the container. Delivery drivers are usually pretty good people, tonight’s guy was awesome! Fast, speedy, polite, and delivered piping hot pizza in 35 minutes on the dot. Why am I charged $ 3.50 for delivery? Am I being charged a premium so the chain can have better profits? Is this a form of hidden fees to make the pizza look cheaper? If everyone stopped ordering from places with delivery fees, would they stop offering delivery or would they stop charging people for it?(P.S. Don’t tip less because of the delivery fee, the restaurant keeps it all for themselves!) Do what I should have done and what I will try to do in the future — buy from a local joint instead!

I go here all the time. Pizza is good and cheap. The customer service tonight was rude. Now when I walk up to the door and read that this location is open til 11pm and my clock says its 1030pm I was thinking,“cool, they’re still open”. Wrong! I pulled in the door and it was locked. the guy inside was closing out the register and didn’t even look up at me. Come to find out that their delivery is open till 11pm and not the pick up. This would be nice if it were posted on the door. Does it really cost that much for a little extra writing on the door to let customers know that walk ins orders stop at 10?

Quick service. Never had to wait that long. Staffs are always friendly. Only reason why I’m giving them a 3 out of 5 is because they didn’t have any Parmesan cheese. How can a pizza place run out of cheese?

The people answering the phone is pretty rude and short over the phone. Takes 45 – 50 minutes to deliver. Called in once on weekday and they weren’t delivering because they only had one delivery man delivering that night. So we called another pizza place. The pizza is always really good. The wings are ok.

Ordered online and was quoted a 40 – 50 minute wait. After 1 hour and 15 min, I called to see where the pizza was. «Jason» said deliveries are taking over 2 hours and that he needed to update the computer(do you think?)! I canceled my order and went to sushi. Jason said my credit card would be refunded. About 20 min later, the driver called and said he would be at my house in 6 – 8 min. I let him know I had cancelled the order. He was thankful because no one had let him know! The next day I called Casey to confirm my order was refunded since it wasn’t appearing on my card. She told me to wait and see. I asked for her to confirm that they did it because I wasn’t confident anything had been done due to the complacency of the employees I dealt with. She copped an attitude. How hard is this really? It’s pizza. Two days later, no refund despite numerous calls! #1: Quote appropriate delivery times(pizza delivery 101). #2: If you fail at #1, call the customer prior to the expected delivery time and let them know. #3: if you fail at #1 and # 2, don’t order from this papa johns.

I am not one to do a review. I always trust reviews that I read and appreciate people’s feedback. Tonight at 7:35 I placed an order for delivery and I understand that it is Saturday night and rainy but at 9:10 when we called to check. We get an oh its on its way. No it was not because we live 2 minutes away from them and could have done a pick up. But, we have had a drink and are being responsible. When my boyfriend called back at 9:15 to cancel the guy slammed the phone down and was very rude to him. Not my best experience with them. I’m pretty sure they forgot our order. It will be a while before I consider them for pizza again. Oh and the guy just showed up 15 minutes after we canceled. Otw«20 minutes ago»

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. But my last order was a nightmare thanks to so called manager Tyronne. Very rude guy. I had called to clarify my order z& he would not listen to me! He kept saying he had no order for me, I must have the wrong store, excuse me? I order here all the time, he finally found my order & when I went to clarify, he kept talking over me then telling me I was correct, etc. well then my pizza arrives & it is missing toppings that I ordered? WTF? So I call back, got Tyronne again, he was very rude, still kept talking over me & said he prepared the pizza the way I told him. Well, that’s a flat out lie. This was terrible service and this guy should not be a manager! I’m afraid they have lost a customer. Horrible experience.

Like cold pizza then this is your place. Never have I ordered a pizza and received it in under 40 minutes. There are plenty of other pizza places in Glendora to order from.

This Papa Johns is truly tops! The pizza is always hot and fresh and the customer service is really something. They will even edit credit card orders after they’ve been placed! The topping selection is really well spread-out, but the real joy is in the specialty pizzas. Whether its the fresh taste of a 6-topping veggie pizza, or the mouthful of flavor in the Tuscan Six Cheese, this Papa Johns always seems to deliver the taste im looking for. Their versaltility of pizza and the flexible service is what truly keeps me here, and I don’t plan on leaving.

Not a big pizza fan but I get it from time to time for my kids. So we live very close to this location and every time I order they are always so nice on the phone. One evening I went in to pick up and my pizza wasn’t made so they kept saying sorry over and over and rushed to make it, then a woman manager came over to me and gave me a coupon for a free pizza. I must say I haven’t had a bad experience with them. Food well it’s papa johns lol

First off, the manager of this store should be fired… now at the moment 9:48 June 222014. Got off the phone with him about a late pizza and he was rude. Gave me the name Tyrone Jackson. Driver is still not here., whom I don’t blame because having a manager like that must be difficult. He then told me to call corporate and continued to laugh when I asked for help. 30 – 40 minutes arrival time is false. Forget this papa johns. Now I’m worried to have spit on my pizza as he sounded upset. Very rude and sarcastic, I was politely asking for drivers ETA and he responded, «you want my driver to get a ticket?» I said nothing like that. Yea Tyrone I know it’s late and Sunday but please don’t be a jerk to others for your rough day. Worst customer service ever. Plan your orders and routes better next time.

I had an awesome experience the manager and staff were great! Service couldn’t be perfect. I order there famous works pizza. It’s was just bake to perfection. Also order their cheese sticks, nice and cheese came with two dipping sauce! I would recommend it if you’re down in the Glendora area and wanna taste a great pizza

The employees were perfectly nice. The food is bleh… Sweet tomato sauce on the pizza, no seasonings and no salt. Watery veggies and a doughy crust. Just no. Garlic sauce was horrendous. It tasted like straight margarine and oil. Worse than pizza. Made me gag! Lot’s of parking available.

I like this place. The pizza tastes good and service time is decent. I always pick-up though– had a bad experience with delivery before(I think they took nearly 2 hours?) But then, I wouldn’t expect the smartest people to work at a pizza place, so what’s there to complain about?
