I would have a better experience digging through the dumpster for some food than coming back here. At least the dumpster would be faster, warmer, and even friendlier. In all seriousness, this is the WORST Panda I’ve ever been to. The food was dry, and at 8pm they ran out of Orange Chicken. I waited 30 minutes for another portion. Also, the cashier was rude and extra slow, and she wiped her snot and didn’t wash her hands.

I love Panda Express! It’s the best fake Chinese fast food out there! TIP: Make sure you save your receipt and take their survey to he your code for a free third entrée! The survey will take less than 2 minutes to complete, I say it’s worth it! This is just like your typical Panda Express. Nothing special about it. Customer Service: The staff is really friendly. I’ve never experienced an attitude with any worker at any chain. They have good customer service. I would recommend eating here if you’re looking for a fast and decent priced meal. I’m glad that they let you have the option of brown or white fried rice, everyone wins!

Very bad management, i came here had an issue asked for the manager, but the manager who was supposed to solve the problem, made the whole situation even more complicated. After ordering food for everyone, we felt undervalued and left the store. They just lost 4 customers who could give them a lot more business.

I recently became a fan of the food at Panda Express. I got a craving for orange chicken so I packed my daughter into the car and drove to the busy shopping center specifically for Panda takeout. I stood in line for 6 minutes with only one couple ahead of me. The couple didn’t necessarily have an abnormally large order, a few single item orders and there were two employees working the counter. After the couple reached the register one of the employees made her way back to the ordering section of the counter then proceeded to talk with a fellow employee, refill one of the food items and wipe down the counters. I understand the importance of cleanliness, however, if you are averaging 6 minutes per order in a FASTFOOD restaurant you might want to give the customer priority over tasks that can wait. By this time the line had grown fairly long. I waited an additional 3 – 4 minutes for the employee to take my order before finally walking out. When I reached the door the employee still had not helped the customer behind me in line. HUGE disappointment and terrible customer service.

The food is dry and old looking here. The cholas they hire here hate their lives and give very bad service.

The only great thing about Panda is the Orange and Mandarin Chicken.

The orange chicken on my orange chicken bowl was not fresh at all. It tasted like it had been sitting out awhile and a lot of pieces were too hard. Most PE’s are pretty consistent in overall taste and quality of food. Most decorated PE I’ve seen in awhile as far as interior design, but worst food. Next time I’ll keep shopping on my empty stomach. Grrrr(my stomach)

The portions are on the tad bit scant. They do not give you a lot of food for a high cost that you end up having to pay for. I would consider going somewhere else for a large portion especially if you are looking for comfort food. This I can cook at home and get twice the amount for half the cost purchasing it myself. Consider this before going out and spending a lot for very small portions.

If I want Panda in Glendale I go to this one because it’s easier to find parking and I can go in and out without the crowds. I usually only get orange chicken.
