Always get my order wrong and toss onions or cheese on it when I said NO onion or cheese. But what really get me is I go there at 5am and I can’t get breakfast meals. They are only still serving hamburgers and dinner crap. Who wants to have a that crap in the morning? I think anyone up at about 3am should be able to get breakfast. You only have one grill? I also agree with others on here about trying to talk to someone that does not know English or has such a think accent you can’t understand them. Car pile up waiting for them to get the order right. People in front of me have the same problem while I wait. I am so relieved when I get someone I can understand. I even give them a tip when they hand me my change. Many times I have got home and found my order wrong. Even got someone else’s order one time so I am sure he got mine.

This is for the woman that works in the morning. Why can’t you speak english? I know you can, but you don’t try. You can never get my order right. Is it too early for you? Can you not hear well? is it the mic and speaker? You repeated my order wrong twice. I once ate here in the afternoon with my wife. It was amazing. The kid that took our order(this time a young man) got it wrong but the owner was standing near and corrected him. Our food was amazing yesterday. When the boss is around the food is great! BUT … in the morning it’s horrible… that woman just doesn’t care. She doesn’t seem into her job. The food is still good. so the cook in morning is working hard but the woman that takes orders is horrible. I’d give this location 5 stars and would frequent there more often if it wasn’t for that woman that works mornings. UGH!!!

This wouldn’t be my first choice of a fast food restaurant, but as I am on a budget and Carl Jr’s offers many coupons, it will move up on my list. This Carl’s Jr is located on a very busy street, and next to many competitors such as Lee’s Sandwiches, and McDonalds, and I usually find it hard to enter this area, since it is at the corner of the street and I’m usually traveling the opposite way of the entrances so I usually would have to make U-Turns. The cashier today didn’t look too happy as I gave him 4 coupons for the meals I was ordering. He switched himself out to focus on the Drive-Thru, and another cashier took over as he left. The second cashier took my order, and then gave me my number. This Carl’s Jr focuses highly on the Drive-Thru, so if you Eat-In, then the service will take a while. It wasn’t until 10 minutes later that I realized the cashier forgot to give me my drink cups, so I had to wait back in line and ask for my drink cups. The cleanliness of the store would get a D, as the tables are quite dirty, and condiments are very sticky and covered with dirt. I have slight germaphobia or fear of germs, and if it wasn’t for the cheap meals, I would never set place in this place without some Clorox Wipes. They really need to consider hiring someone to clean up. The condiment bar is also a mess, and it looks as if it was only cleaned in the morning when they restock it. I’m happy with the prices and coupons that they offer, though. This is a good place to eat with friends or family if you are on a budget. Look out for coupons, and couponbooks offered here though, as they usually offer many good deals!

The burgers here are good. The service is kinda slow and they always hold back on the ketchup. Overall the place is alright.

So, i came in and placed an order for a jalapeño burger combo. I paid the cashier and step to the side. while waiting, i decided to watch the cook prepare my burger. So, i glance in to check his progress. As he was preparing my jalapeño burger, I saw the nastiest shit ever. He jabbed his right thumb into my hamburger patty. GROSS!!! So, i got my order and left for home. I arrived home and removed the wrapper. I sink my teeth into the burger and notice there wasn’t any jalapeño. i took another bite then felt sick to my stomach. Toss the sandwich and just ate the fries. Not coming back here again.

Famous Star is an excellent choice, along with onion rings or fries. The food is good for a fast food place. The location is at a major intersection and conveniently located near the freeway.

:) Had their Portobello Mushroom burger and was pleasantly surprised. It was pretty delish for a late night fix. My only gripe. it’s pretty darn salty. I had to driink a gulp after every bite. Next time, I might stick to a regular cheeseburger to lessen my sodium intake. :)

Why am I reviewing for a Carl’s Jr? I don’t know. I only give it 3 stars because it is located at a good busy street and the service is usually OK. The only thing I would recommend getting is the Western Bacon Cheese Burger. That shit is the bomb! It is the only burger that I allow cheese to be in. I don’t order cheese with my burger even at In-N-Out… But today I decided to try the new Cranberry Apple Walnut Chicken Salad. whew. Maybe I wanted to try something new or maybe it was because of that damn commercial with Kim Kardashian in it. LOL. Regardless, I woke up from bed and decided I was going to stop here to get the salad before I went to work. Got to work and settled down to eat. I enjoyed the mix of greens in the salad, a few-very few about 4 slices– of sweet crunchy apples, and the sweet-again very FEW– bits of cranberry. The cranberry sauce was only OK, skimpy bits of chicken, and the bits of cheese were rather overpowering, but not so bad. After a few bites, I looked at my salad and wondered in my head that one more ingredient would make this salad a lot better. what was that ingredient? Hmmm… WALNUTS! DUH! They forgot my walnuts! Hrmph –_–

Thank you for being open 24 hours. When my friends and I are on our way home after a fun night out, we need grease. Unfortunately all of the other fast food joints around are not 24 hour, so we have to settle on you. Thank you for providing fast greasy eats at all hours of the night. Your criss cut fries really soak up cheap vodka :)
