Last night, I went to the drive thru at Wendy’s on chapman and brook hurst, ordered a small salad and a small cup of the meaty chilli. Came home barely ate half of what I ordered. Later on that night I experienced a food poisoning. This wasn’t the first time at Wendy’s. It happened before and I thought it was just something else. Well now I know where to not go.

Don’t let the neighborhood scare you, this is a nice clean restaurant. Super friendly staff. Quick service. And tasty food. Highly recommend the bbq ranch chicken salad and the asiago chicken club sandwich. This is definitely a better Wendy’s location.

Wendy’s has great customer service! Our church was doing a fundraiser event here at Wendy’s, and the place was packed! The employees were very nice and friendly even brought out frosty minis for everyone. This place is great. Thanks Wendy’s!

Good service and food but it seems every time I go they forget something. I order a cheeseburger and they forget the cheese. I order a salad and they forget the dressing. Wendys please do something the will reduce this constant mistake. Thanks.

I was craving for a frosty, so I was in the neighborhood to get some food. People have high expectations for fast food. I would have given an extra star for service but I got bbq sauce instead of honey mustard which I let it go. Then, I was short an order of fries and manager told another co worker who forgot to give me some fries until the manager notice me standing there waiting for it!

Don’t order the pulled pork sandwich unless you don’t like meat. Only about 2 tablespoons on the whole thing. I wish I would have taken a pic before I pushed the tiny bit of meat to one side.

Fast food… Service was fast and the staff was pleasant, got what we ordered and it didn’t take long, as with most fast food locations everything is usually good because they are set up to have consistency between locations. It convenient so we would stop again when in the area.

I just picked up a Asiago Chicken Ranch combo. Took a bite and tasted something like paper. Took another bite and confirmed the paper texture. Took the burger apart and noticed that the white cheese still had it’s wax paper attached to it. And two bite worth is now in my system.

My husband just walked across the street to get our dinner. It was the absolutely worst food I’ve eaten in my life. I’ve eaten fast food for many years (I’m 59 years old) and the only reason I ate a portion is because I’m diabetic and I needed some food. The burgers were stone-​cold (never encountered that before) as were the french fries. He said the «cooks» were gabbing in the kitchen and didn’t even look like they were interested in what was going on in there. It makes me really mad that we pay good money for what we think will be good food and this is what they give??? I am going to contact Corporate… this place needs to be closed down. I will NEVER eat there again and I just hope I don’t get sick from the well — -pre-​cooked food. Disgusting!!!

Lady taking order at the drive through — learn how to speak English. Totally took my order wrong and would not let me use my discount card at the window because she didn’t want to add it on.
Also, I’m pretty sure my STRAWBERRY tea is not suppose to taste plain. So annoying.

Solid fries that hit the spot with some hunger pangs coming on after a small lunch. The chocolate Frosty was also solid. I’m not crazy about the location but that can be worked around. The drive-​thru was fast, although that was probably a result of my small order of just those two items.
