A small little Starbucks located near the build a bear workshop. They always seem busy. The staff is always friendly and helpful. For a little place they do have a lot of choices between food and drinks!

All the staff are distracted and apathetic to the customers. Not helpful, major attitude, and no friendliness even for regular customers. One girl with dark pinkish black hair almost always gets my drink wrong because she doesn’t even listen to what I say. I would never go here if not for the convenience. I know you work in a mall, but have some pride in your job. The one on Stewart Avenue is so much better.

Out of all the Starbucks I have been too this is definitely the worst one.
This Starbucks is in the middle of the isle in a kiosk on the first floor at Roosevelt Field.
I have been there several times and there is never enough workers and the line is always crazy long.
The last time I was there I found one of the workers was being rude too one of the customers.
shame shame on this location of Starbucks
The argument was over a drink that was not correctly made.
Instead of just making it over, They were giving the customer a hard time!!!
I try not to go to this location ever unless I have a craving so bad for a frappachino that it just can’t wait.

I come here all the time. Almost everyday of the week. Don’t like the service much never satisfied with it. There’s only one person I love from here. Its and older guy with some white hairs and wears glasses he’s awesome! Other than him everyone here seems to have some bit of attitude LOL I’ve had better experiences in all the other one’s. It just sucks that they always seem to suck at being great and over the top with their customer satisfaction and service

Although, in this mall, they are busier than Santa during Christmas, the wait time for a drink borders on absurd; even after waiting on line to order. The frappuchino I ordered was practically all ice and did not possess the taste I have come to expect from Starbucks. That being said, I’ve been their countless times and it is usually on par.
