The best customer service ever! These guys know their technology/​phones. They don’t sugar coat anything and they give you the right information. Excellent service and customer care they go above their job duties to make sure customer is satisfied. I recommend this store to all my friends

Wow — if you can go to any other T-​Mobile store — definitely do it!!! Even if you have to drive out of your way, save yourself the pain of working with these folks. They have an attitude that they are doing you a favor. They are arrogant and ignorant. I have been with T-​Mobile for 15 years and I have never had such poor and down right terrible customer service. I have walked into this store two times in 4 months and each time I was met with attitude so it is definitely not an isolated «one time issue».
