The folks at Onsite really care about their customers! They took care of our broken iPad screen and were incredibly courteous. Definitely recommend.

I lost my iPhone 6 Plus case while traveling and figured I’d be fine for at least a week. Well, that was a mistake. Dropped my phone within two days and the screen was completely and utterly shattered.
I was skeptical to get my screen fixed, thinking I could put up with it, but then it started shedding glass and I could see the inside. That was when I started to search for a quick fix. Onsite was the cheapest place I could find, their service was quick (about an hour with multiple people ahead of me), and the guy at the counter was helpful.
I’d recommend this place to anyone who cracks, shatters of breaks their screen. It ended up being 200 dollars, but that’s way cheaper than a new phone.

Great service. Took my water damaged i phone 5 in for a screen repair. They told me it would be about 30 minutes so I opted to just wait in the shop. They were done in ten minutes and my phone was like new. Awesome service.

Very poor customer service! The guy who I dealt with at the front of the store talked very condescendingly to me and a family member I had with me. He gave me an extremely high quote and was completely rude! I took my business elsewhere and got a very reasonably priced fix with awesome customer service.

My daughter’s phone was in very bad condition with broken screen and fast dying battery. I had no idea where to go, so I searched Unilocal to find an iPhone repair shop. They replaced the screen and the battery for around $ 100. Most of all in 30 min. We are very happy with the repair and I would like to recommend this place to everyone.

I had a cracked iphone 4. I took it up there this morning and they assessed the damages. They replaced my LCD screen along with the digitizer in 20 minutes for $ 63. I could not be happier with the service. I highly recommend this place to repair any smartphone device.

I’ve been going to Onsite for the last two years to fix my phones over the years. They always give exceptional customer service and most importantly, they know what they are talking about when it comes to cellular phones.
They are fast and it’s a lot cheaper than getting a new phone. I have the Iphone 4 and it’s great to know that I can replace certain parts especially the screen if its broken for cheap. Unlike going to the apple store and the staff telling you, you have to get a new phone because they can’t replace just the screen. Lie! So yes make sure you go to Onsite!!!
