What happened to this place? I loved going here years ago. The last 2 times I have been its been horrible service. Food was okay but they ran out of prime rib which I wanted. If there were tons of people I can see it taking while for service but there was hardly anybody there. They need better waitresses. I just went again ad our order wasn’t right on 2 items and then they brought the wrong alcholic drink. Check on your customers and fill their water too. Their Logans tea used to be so good too but now they fill it with mostly ice and hardly any alcohol. If they don’t tain staff better this place won’t be there much longer.

Terrible service. Mediocre food. Our server was extremely slow, and behind on our orders. She was standing around talking to friends/family instead of serving our table. Food took a long time, and our orders did not all come at once. Drinks took way too long, and weren’t well made. To top it the waitress took my ID and did not bring it back. Will not return.

We have ordered from Logan’s several times thru Food To You Delivery Service. The Food for the most part is pretty good. You will need to request extra gravy. Skip the dinner rolls, unless you like them extra sweet. The Ribs don’t get much better than at this place, fall of the bone, lots of meat and very tasty. Usually the roasted skewered veggies are very good, last time, they weren’t — poorly done, with little roasting. My barrel cut steak was tough(suppose to be the most tender cut they have in the house). Fries were limp and soggy. Best tasting Banana Cream pie dessert ever! On a good night, it is worth going too, but go early before they get busy, the cooks are better then or go on a slow night.

Hit or miss. Only thing that’s always decent are the drinks. Past few times there has been a long wait… not at the front but at the table. Takes forever for any of the waitresses to acknowledge your presence even with few people seated. Hard to justify coming back. Especially since there are multiple other establishments better and right across the street.

The bar here is a mess! Let me first say that we didn’t eat here but after sitting at the bar for one drink I couldn’t image how dirty the kitchen was. I sat at the bar and ordered a drink which was satisfactory but it was from a bottle. As I sat there in the harsh, bright, fluorescent lighting I took a good look at the back of the bar. The bar is a square wrap around style and the inside was filthy. Dirty floors, dirty counters, and after further inspection… dirty glasses. I get that this is the type of place you eat peanuts and throw them on the floor, but the areas where food and drink are prepared should be clean! Lastly, don’t even get me started on the bathroom. The men’s room look like no one has tended to it since opening. This was about 8:30−9pm on a week night.

Worst steak I ever ate in fresno, the long Island are not as I remembered them, and employees standing around bs with each other, and the table across from me was a mess when I sat down and the same when I left. No one tended to the table. I will never go back.

We usually take a trip to Fresno once a month and usually eat at Logan’s cause it is my favorite burger place. However it has really declined in service and cleanliness over the last year. Waiting almost 15 min for the waitress to come to our table. Finally had to let the hostess know that no one had come to our table. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and got one with a avocado and bacon. I’m allergic to avocados so I had to track down my waitress. She blamed it on the cooks saying they assumed it was a California burger since bacon was being added. However when we got the bill she had removed California burger and added cheeseburger with bacon. That to me sounds like she entered a California burger. My husband ordered his favorite chicken fried steak and there was barely any gravy he had to ask for more and that still wasn’t enough cause it was a tiny container she brought. Bathrooms were disgusting. The stall doors, walls and floor were filthy. There was paper all over the floor. Oh and the blinds at our table had dust and food splatter just really made me think about what the kitchen looks like. Update… Manager called and apologized for the service we received. He explained that they were short handing that day. Although he said that was no excuse he did make it right.

I have visited Logan’s Roadhouse several times during the past 10 years, and cannot recall any unpleasant dining experiences with the exception of my most recent visit. I usually order a burger when I come here, but I was in the mood to try their country fried steak, which had emphasis on the menu as a Logan’s specialty item. I sat at the bar, which was initially busy when I arrived. I was acknowledged quickly, given a menu, and ordered a Dr Pepper, however, it took about 20 minutes for me to receive it. I ordered my steak, substituted the mashed potatoes for French fries, and asked for a side of ranch. I opted out of soup or salad, even though it is offered with my meal. I was disappointed when my food arrived; my ranch was forgotten, I didn’t receive any salt, pepper or ketchup, I had a small amount of gravy on my steak, and I had to ask for my soda to be refilled. The steak was very dry and tough when I cut into it. It tasted like it was reheated. On a positive note, my fries were very tasty and the side of bread & butter were very fluffy and delicious. I was trying to watch a football game on what appeared to be the only television at the bar(maybe there was another I could not see), but I had many glass cups blocking the top half of my view. Overall, this experience wasn’t the best. Other dining visits here have been positive, and the food has been better on prior visits, therefore I am taking those into account for this reviews rating. I will continue to come to Logan’s, but hopefully this last visit was just a fluke.

Walked in on October 22nd at 11:20 and was waiting in front to be seated and there was no host or hostess there to see us, I didn’t even see anyone that worked there in there except one group of people sitting down, my husband and I stood there for over 5 minutes waiting and still no one came to seat us or even say hi welcome, we went next door to famous daves and got seated right away

Good food, and awesome service. They are a great steakhouse. I also enjoy peanuts which are complimentary here. And who doesn’t love to throw the shells on the ground like dirty laundry in our rooms? Excellent restaurant.

So I’m in Fresno and needed a business dinner. Logan looked decent and the service was great, Food not great, the steak tasted like it was cooked in the same as fish. The onion strings were off the scale salty, corn was over cooked along with the veggie kebab. Once again, the service was good

Had an easy time getting a table for two at 6:30pm on a Saturday. I appreciated that but also know it was in part because 2 other steakhouse/BBQs have opened more recently. Before dinner we totally gorged on the big, free bucket of roasted peanuts and the, melt in your mouth, buttered buns. For an entre, I ordered a medium rare, 9oz porterhouse, BBQ rib combo with a fully loaded baked potato. The steak was cooked to order and was tender. I liked it. The loaded potato was a loaded potato but good as loaded potatoes go. But, I need to talk about the ribs — THERIBSTASTEDLIKEREFUSERIGHTOUTOF A RUBBISHBIN. Oh, good service but it didn’t give me #lyfe

Typically a fun, clean place to visit. Today the waitress took over 10 minutes to take our order and she had 2 other tables in her area(not busy at all). The hostess sat us next to two tables that had old food/dishes. The bus boy FINALLY came by to clear off the tables after we were here over 25 minutes. I love the sweet tea, but the glass was awful. Idk if I’ll come back and I’ve like Logan’s for years. The table they say us at was sticky and dirty, I had to clean it off myself… At least the food was good.

Stopped there for a quick dinner on our way back home. The place was empty, and for a reason. We ordered a burger and steak. My steak was overcooked and the zucchini fries were drown in oil. My wife felt under the weather, and never touched her food. There were several kids running around the place, some of which seemed to be employees. I thought maybe I was in chucky cheese. I would never return.

Man, this place went downhill fast, I don’t know where to begin. The busboy seated us and forgot to give us the menus, there was a waiter switch, and then forgotten… Sue got her food first(cold mashed potatoes) I got mine much later. We had to flag the waitress down for the tab, yeah… forgotten and I hate that feeling, and it wasn’t that busy for 6:00 pm… now I know why. Skip this place!

Absolutely horrible. I used to frequent Logan’s in another city and it was awesome. When I visited me and two other couples were the only people in there and the service was awful they totally ignored us. mushrooms were dried the drink wasn’t prepared right and they treated me as they were doing me a favor and were not happy about it . If you want to try Logan’s go to Bakersfield. Stay away from this one

Everything is delicious. From the peanuts, the bread, the side to the ribs! The baby back ribs in Bourbon sauce is finger licking good, falling off the bone tender and has just the right amount of kick in it. The red beans and rice is moist, I like the combination. The grilled vegetables of zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions are done just right. The bread is pillowy soft fresh out of the oven. I can just pig out on the bread. Our waiter is really nice. Definitely coming back here

The hostess was busy talking to another server and thought it was okay to make us wait to be seated.(There was only a few other people eating there) It was about 10 minutes before anyone asked what we would like to drink and another 20 before someone came to take our food order.(We were a party of three.) I had to asked for my drink 3 times and I was never offered a refill. The food was luke warm and overcooked. My friend had to go hunt down a server to ask for a to-go box and I had to request the check. No one asked how the meal was and they basically ignored us until they had to take an order or deliver our meal. Bad service, bad food, and I left with a bad attitude thanks to them.

Boooooooooo. I typically have a good experience here but this time it’s different. Also, this was the first time that I’ve ever seen the floors free of peanut shells. First of all, the medium-spicy wings I ordered did not deliver like the past few times I’ve eaten here. They were still tender, but not even a bit spicy. For my main order, I ordered the French Dip sandwich and fries, something that I’ve wanted to order for awhile. To my disappointment, I was served a pretty terrible sandwich with a salty lukewarm au jus. This was definitely not what I was expecting. The sandwich did not look appealing at all. At this point, I was already skeptical of the service and food I was about to get. The meat was very light in color, almost as if it was boiled and not grilled. On its own, the meat, which looked like pale tri tip, tasted really under-seasoned. It was juicy but very bland. You will need the au jus or anything salty for that matter to add flavor. However, the worst part of the meat was that not only were the slices of tri-tip thick but they were also quite chewy. In short, it was not tender enough. When you take a bite into it, you literally have to rip the meat with your teeth; you can’t just bite it like a burger or slice it with a knife. Well, you could but it’ll take some effort. Though Gina was not my waitress, Ashley was alright. We did ask for extra napkins and extra bread, but she forgot both even though we asked twice. The place wasn’t even busy. Overall, I was very disappointed with my food; I was hoping for consistency but Logan’s Roadhouse let me down this time. *Actual visit was on August 8 — posting updated review a bit late.
