I dig this place. It is a discount store, just saying, nothing is fancy here. However, if you need art supplies or party supplies this place is fantastic! Affordable and lots of variety and inspiration at about $ 1 per item. Also they have balloon bouquets and speciality mylar balloons which seem pretty affordable at and under $ 10. (But I’m not an expert :) The staff have been helpful and honest.

The store smells like a toilet, their merchandise, if I could scale it on the cheapest of cheap scale for 99 cent stores, this place hits the bottom rung. Plus, you’ll end up paying more for your items than a ninety nine cent store.

Came in to buy tea lights/​candles, bough 6, went home just to open them and find that only one worked. Waste of gas and money.

This place is really great. My family often comes here for gift bags or birthday supplies and they always have good stuff. Their prices are solid (some items are over a dollar but it’s reasonable) and it’s my family’s favorite dollar store.
All that being said, the workers are what make this place a five star joint. One time I need a plain black headband for a Halloween costume right away but they didn’t have any. They only had black headbands with decorations on them. However, the three teens that worked there went out of their way to take off the decoration for me (even going so far as to breaking a headband) and they wouldn’t give up until I got what I wanted. They saved me that day! I’ll never forget it because that is one of the best customer service I have ever experienced!
So, this place is where it’s at for all your couple buck needs and has awesome customer service. 5 stars.

I’ve perused this store a few times, however, last weekend was the first time I purchased items from here. With my sister’s graduation festivities coming up (senior day, graduation, graduation party at home), I was in need of décor, lei making materials, etc. Since this store is so close to where I live, I decided to give it a try.
Usually when I walk around a dollar/​discount store, I just think that there’s nothing I need. But when it came time to needing specific items such as decorations, this place had it all. I was able to find everything I wanted — streamers, paper pinwheels, paper fluff balls, props for photo booth, etc. etc. After buying everything I needed, which was a lot, I spent about $ 40. Not bad to cover an entire graduation party and graduation gift materials.
On top of being able to find everything I needed, all of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Would definitely shop here again when I’m in need of things they carry!

Nice 5 and 10 store (dollar store). This is the cleanest and neatest dollar store I have ever shopped in.

This is one of the better dollar stores in the area. The party section is especially well stocked with decorations, utensils, gift bags, etc. It has so many more colors than your typical dollar store. The best part is that most things are actually a dollar or under.

The owner is very nice. THIS IS NOT A DOLLAR STORE THIS IS A DISCOUNT STORE. People always think its another dollar tree its not this is a family own buisness. One of the employee there which is really helpful is Karla and she is AMAZING! She always gives good vibes to customers and makes the place so welcoming. Shes sweet and very helpful she never gives attitude and she always has a smile on her face. I always make sure shes working before coming to the store because one employee her name is gemma, I saw her one morning and gave attitude to an elder guy. But most of the employees there are very friendly and would help whenever they can. They almost have everything you need. BUT WAIT WAIT WAIT THEY HAVE FROZEN BALLOONS FROZEN CUPS FROZEN NAPKINS FROZEN PLATES ALL FOR A GOOD PRICE ITS AMAAAAAAZZZZIIIIIIIIIINNNNNG I WAS IN DISCOUNT HEAVEN WHEN I SAW THEM. Eyelashes 3 for $ 4or $ 1.50 if your a eyelash girl then you will love this deal. Great deals, great party section, they have almost everything you can look for. You can also spend so many hours in this store it will blow you away on how different this store is to dollar tree. The drinks are always cold and the people are always nice. I am for sure going to become a regular.

Great deals, not your generic dollar store chain! You can get quality paint, frames, weird toys and Monster Energy drinks! They’re kick ass around halloween time. It’s probably one of fremont’s little known secrets. Maybe one day you can venture past Popeye’s chicken and find something there you never know you needed.

I don’t understand why people would shop here. This is basically a dollar store, and it’s not even as big as the other dollar stores in town, so the selection is pretty limited and most stuff is cheap junk, not genuine good deals.

The owner is very nice. I paid for a bundle of balloons the day before and asked I’d pick it up the next day when they are open. The next day it was there ready waiting for me to pick up and go! How convenient is that?! I’d definitely go back to shop!

Hubs Five & Ten is now open. It’s next to GNC & Trader Joe’s. It’s got some dollar stuff, but there’s more expensive stuff priced $ 1.50 — $ 2.25.
I wanted the solar flower flip flop $ 1.50, but didn’t buy it.
Many small things, but I didn’t spend a lot of time looking. They didn’t have the tuna crackers I like in a box, have to go to Dollar Store for that.
