I asked the line worker to mix my burrito fillings. She refused(first time this happened to me at chipotle). Cashier said they have been told be higher management not to mix fillings on burrito. I asked why and did not get any satisfactory answer(she mumbled something about contamination which did not make any sense). It tests better when mixed. I don’t see why they wont do it.

Offlate the food quality has dropped a lot. Lines are also much smaller, the staff has become worse. I like chipotle, but I will have to find a better location now.

I was here at around 6:30 pm today and was absolutely disgusted by this place(to say the least). If you read nothing else in this review, know that you should go to another chipotle location. First, I was the only customer and the employees were in the back having a conversation about Starbucks. Completely ignored me. Second, when they finally asked for my order, the guy put the tortilla in the heat for like 3 seconds. I got home to a raw tortilla(if that’s the correct term). Third, I saw the guy in the back drop a piece of chicken on the side of the cart they use to carry it and Literally put it back in the chicken container! I don’t know how sanitary those carts are but it just seemed wrong! Management needs to get their act together. This place is horrible.

Does management at this location even exist? I think its time to write corporate. «service is extremely slow at this location» is an under understatement. My last complaint was I waited in line for 35mins when there’s 8 ppl in line and 6 employees behind bar. Well guess what? it can get worse. Today I’m second in line, waited about 5 mins to get the food then another 15 at the register. Why? because there was no one there. Where was she(Evelyn)? Shes in the back eating. She peeped thru the window on the back door once, saw a line, continued eating and finally graced us with her presence with a MOUTHFULLOFFOOD. Slow and ill mannered. Who runs this place???

I LOVE chipotle! And this location has always been amazing! Always clean, even though the line might be long, your wait deff is not! They are always super friendly with their guests and make sure you are satisfied, and the staff even know the secret menu!(Which is huge brownie points in my book) Def my fav go to location when I’m close to home!

Lines are always long! Workers are lethargic and super slow! I’m 100% sure its the location. Ive never had issues at any other chipotle. The food is still good tho. Don’t know if I will come back to this one

THEWORSTCHIPOTLE. Who hates chipotle? No one. How do you even make someone hate chipotle? By taking them to this chipotle location. The workers are slow, stupid and RUDE(especially the worker with a tattoo behind her ear). Spend a little more on gas and go to a different location where you can get better service and a quality burrito bowl.

Huge lines on a Saturday night– almost to the door– a minimum of 30 – 40 min wait. Left. Came back on Sunday– late lunch around 3:30pm. There was a line and most tables taken but it wasn’t too bad so decided to check it out. Got 2 dishes– a queseritto and a burrito bowl. The queseritto is a special burrito and they charge $ 3 extra for that. In other places they have melted cheese between 2 layers of tortilla, and then they proceed making a regular burrito. Here they just added cheese to a single tortilla(actually half as they ripped the tortilla in half– in thickness) and then made the burrito. The thinness made it a little hard to handle and eat. The burrito bowl was as good as ever. The corn here was better than everywhere else. I loved it. Also very friendly and helpful staff. They were constantly on the move because of the crowd but they did a good job of handling them.

Staff is too slow. Especially at the billing counter. Nobody wants to wait 20 minutes for a burrito.

My favorite Chipotle hands down, and I have had my fair share of good and bad Chipotles. The staff are friendly, serve good size portions of the ingredients, and don’t give you like only a teaspoon more when you ask for more or something. The ingredients are never too overcooked and undercooked here either. There is ample seating as well which not all Chipotle’s have. This Chipotle also happens to be on the corner of Paseo and Mowry, which is next to BART, high schools and a lot of businesses thus lunch and dinner time at this Chipotle is extremely busy so plan on waiting in line if you come at those times. And to be fair there have been times where I have had bad experiences with staff here, but never bad enough for me to not want to come back. I can’t expect for my service to be godly every single time, but 99% of the time this Chipotle does not disappoint.

I’m not normally a fan of Chipotle, since there are better burrito joints for the kind of burrito I like. But sometimes in life you end up Chipotle, and you try to make the best of it. So I ordered my gold standard burrito, the burrito I order at any burrito shop — steak, pinto beans, no rice, cheese, and sour cream. Somehow, this location of Chipotle managed to make the worst burrito I’ve ever had in my adult life. The steak was flavorless, the beans were mealy, and the tortilla was stale. On the plus side, the guacamole was great. The wifey said her burrito bowl(barbacoa, pinto beans, sour cream, and cheese) hit the spot. So can man live just on good guac and a content wife? Probably! But that doesn’t mean I’m ever coming back.

This Chipotle knows what’s going on. Spring in their step, attention to detail. Chicken was cooked all the way through — not chewy and undercooked like some other locations. The chefs and assembly line folks seemed to have a good dialogue to keep on top of potential shortages. Will surely come back to this location.

I honestly don’t know why I decided to come here again. Maybe my love of chipotle outweighed my hatred for this particular branch, maybe I thought, it couldn’t have really been that bad, right? I was probably exaggerating in my last review. But nope. nope. This place is as bad as ever. Bad service. Bad food. and bad wait times. Nothing good about this place. The servers were EXTREMELY rude, and it still ended up taking forever to get my food, which was cold, and they were out of guacamole at 7:00pm.

This chipotle has the slowest service. Stood in line for 30 mins at 3pm! Line is moving too slow they might need to consider hiring new people.
