Best pizza in town! Staff very friendly and love their jobs. Frozen margarita was the best. Try the margarita pizza and some garlic knots! If your driving through, this is the best lunch stop.

The service was fine, nothing exceptional but efficient. I had the west end salad, it was loaded and filling. My husband had the stuffed cheese ravioli. The tomato sauce had good flavor but runny. His salad was dry and somewhat wilted. The atmosphere looked more appealing outside then inside. If possible, eat outside. They have live bands too.

We arrived and we’re seated. Them, they forgot to assign us a waiter and it was 15 minutes before we were asked what we would like to drink. After we got our order of a salad, the waiter forgot dressing. He said he would get it and after we waited several minutes, I went find the waiter to request the dressing and he acted frustrated that I needed it to begin my meal. Unprofessional feel and unacceptable waiting for service, especially given it was not busy. Food quality was fine for the price. WOULDNOT recommend.

Food was really good and service was awesome too. Sitting arrangement was good. They do need to improve their restrooms though.

Literally the worst Italian restaurant! We first started with an appetizer of salad and bread rolls with marinara sauce. The bread was so heavily oiled in olive oil that a tablespoon of oil came out when you mashed on it. We had gotten the meatzio pizza which was okay. But no flavor and bland. I didn’t see any locals in the restaurant which makes me think this place wasn’t good off the bat. Save your money and go to Pizza Hut down the road. We won’t be back.

I had the west end pizza. My wife had the chicken Alfredo. Pleasant surprise. No complaints and the food was good. Always love having crayons at the table… fun, fun

We went there today for the first time for Mother’s day weekend(we live over an hour away) the wait was over an hour for our order and found out about 10 minutes after we ordered gluten free pasta that they were out. It would be nice if the waitress would at least communicate with the customers if the order is taking a long time to let us know what’s going on.

We went here for a quick lunch. Went for the pizza but ended up getting the gluten free baked ziti. It was great! Really enjoyed it. We will be going back to try the gluten free pizza.

The west end special pizza was big and very tasty! Even though it was late, service was very good. We got the bruschetta for an appetizer and it was out of this world!!! Fresh basil and excellent balsamic on the plate. Definitely will be back.

I found a parking spot right in front of the restaurant and decided I might as well eat here since I haven’t tried anything else along the strip in years. I also didn’t feel like passing out trying to figure out where to go and wasting time before the sun went down. We walked in, just two of us, and were greeted immediately and asked if we’d like to sit outside or inside. We chose inside because of the amount of wind that day. It was also humid. Our waitress asked what we’d like to drink and left to get it as we looked over the menu. I looked at the menu and noticed that there really wasn’t anything special at all. Every item was a basic Italian American dish and nothing made me excited to try it out. I was immediately disappointed but hoped that perhaps whatever I order came out better than the description. I ordered the White Pizza which had ricotta cheese mixed with Italian herbs and sliced Roma tomatoes. Nothing spectacular but because this wasn’t always a norm at other places, I decided on ordering that although the description was boring. Our pizzas came quickly as there was only one other table inside with two people. The pizza bread was a nice thickness. It seemed like a normal type and wasn’t too thin or too thick. I bit into mine and it tasted good right from the start but as I continued chewing, I realized that it was lacking in flavor. It immediately became bland. The tomato slices made it difficult to bite into a slice and tear away. They were too thick which made it too difficult to cook completely in the oven. The result was that the top of my mouth was burned because of the tomato being too hot but the pizza was only warm. The juices of the tomato leaked all over and burned my lips too. That’s a pain because you either let it rest and your pizza gets cold while the tomato slices stay warm or you bite into it while the tomatoes are piping hot and the pizza is warm. The tomatoes needed to be diced or sliced thin. Using a mandolin would help a whole lot and the pizza could then be covered in slices some way so every bite gets some. I ended up having to use whatever I could that was available on the table just to add flavor. I added dried pepper flakes, salt and pepper. That’s pretty sad. I’d recommend this place if your grandmother likes bland food like mine does and thinks it’s incredible or if the wait at other places is too long or if you really need to watch a certain game on tv. The coffee is even terrible. I’m guessing it’s Folgers. The water even had a weird taste to it. I couldn’t drink it really. I wish I had my flavored electrolyte tabs to throw into it just to get it down. I gave them three stars because the place is clean, the waitress was nice though she never smiled, the décor is nice as well. The food is needing some help though. Being that it’s near to the end of the strip of stores, it will really need to stand out to bring people that way and away from the crowded areas. People tend to stay in the middle area of that strip of stores where all the boutiques are and go to restaurants there for people watching and German food. Hopefully this place gets better and brings some competition to the table.

This place is a poor excuse for an Italian eatery. I dined with a party of 7 and it took 46 minutes to get our food at the table. The waitress was short, untimely, and didn’t apologize once for the wait or offer us anything before the meal. The food was extremely disappointing, lackluster, and frankly, GROSS. They included gratuity on our checks, which is a shame, since our waitress didn’t deserve a tip the least bit. Needless to say, don’t go to this place and save your time and money. Absolutely HORRENDOUS.

Convenient on main streets Caesar Salad was good! Crisp lettuce. Tasty dressing although slightly overdressed. Mega veggie pizza with no onions was good but heavy on olives! Appreciated the thin crust! Patio with TVs was delightful!

We stopped by in an impulse for soft drinks and an appetizer. We opted to sit on the patio, which was very comfortable. We had such a great time with server Gaelyn that we decided to order a pizza. The garlic knots were simple and yummy. The meatballs were good size and tasty. We ordered a custom pizza with meats, mushrooms and onions. It was tasty — not rave-worthy, but good. The band was just setting up as we left, so we didn’t get to hear them, but it would have been great for a Saturday evening. Most importantly, we had great service and I would go back.

I am very displeased with this restaurant. I’m actually writing my review as I sit here waiting for the check. Where do I even begin? When we walked in the host walked away and didn’t return. A male server was in eyesight on his phone, I couldn’t help but give him dirty looks every time he looked up from his typing. Our server, Jessica, walked by and told us someone would be there shortly. It was a good 5 to 6 minutes before the host returned. After being seated Jessica came from the back and got our drink other, 2 waters, a margarita, and a beer. Our bar drinks were brought pretty quickly and we placed the food order. We didn’t get our waters until we were eating our food. My margarita had a tiny gnat in it, I didn’t say anything because it was on top of the drink and the bar is located outside so it wasn’t a big deal. The food finally arrives and I noticed that my margarita pizza was missing basil and blocks of mozzarella cheese. Jessica didn’t seem to care, she brought a plastic ramekin of wilted basil shortly after. My fiancé said his pizza was decent but he asked for ranch twice, they weren’t busy at all so there really isn’t an excuse. The only thing that was good was the Italian sausage calzone. We will just order Pizza Hut next time for less money. Adding after publishing! I totally forgot that I ordered a salad on the side. The lettuce was wilted and slimy and the dressing was sour tasting.

Had the Stromboli with pepperoni and mozzarella. Portion size was fine, but maybe not for the price($ 9.50; I think $ 7 would be more justified). I might sound like a simpleton with regards to my single topping of pep, but let me tell you, I’m INTENSELYPICKY about tomato product. That said, they absolutely NAILED the marinara! It wasn’t bland, it wasn’t mistaken for ketchup, and it didn’t taste like canned tomato soup. Also, I love that it was served separately in a bowl rather than within the Stromboli. The consumer has control over the amount of marinara-to-bread-and-stuff ratio per bite, and I think that’s important. The service and environment was okay. Pizza place with booths is nothing to awe about. I didn’t check out the restrooms. Oh! But there was a giant sheet of paper on the table and a cool reformed meltycrayon for drawing.* *Not just for kids’ doodles.

Our first night in FBG we needed a spot to watch the Sugar Bowl on New Years Day night. West End Pizza was suggested and we headed on down! We ended up sitting outside at the bar in front of a TV and parking there to watch OSU not win against their opponent. We split a plate of chicken fettuccini and an order of(half over cooked nearly burned) garlic knots. The food was a solid three stars. It filled ya up but by no means was this gourmet. A pizza came out after and I can see we probably should have ordered pizza at West End«Pizza» but hey, it was fun and cozy even if it wasn’t the bestest dinner we had while we were there. The bartender looked like he was WAY over it, but he was cordial and got the job done. Another couple came and sat next to us and kept trying to order a drink but they were out of everything – out of tonic, out of soda, out of orange juice, out of cranberry. It was really pretty comical, only surly bartender fella didn’t seem to think so. It was cold outside but I can see the outdoor patio would be so fun in better weather. I’ll definitely be back next time we are in town and sit outside and sip beer and order pizza next time :)

We loved our custom pizza options, pizza turned out fabulous. Would go back for pizza for sure. Had the calamari appetizer which was a disappointment as it was over cooked. Service was somewhat slow, had to request a beer each time.

After resting up from our arduous 5 stop wine tour, we opted for something low key for dinner. West End was pretty close to our side of Main, so we decided to walk over and have some pizza. The place itself definitely has that neighborhood pizza joint and like all of the restaurants and shops on main, has the historical feel to it as well. We decided to each order some personal pizzas, I went with a build your own — mushrooms, peppers, and canadian bacon, while The Wife went with the White Pizza. Both pies were pretty solid, the crust they use here is thinner than most pizza crusts, but not quite thin crust either. Overall, solid pizza and a bit of a relaxing dinner away from the hustle and bustle of the center of town.

Phenominal!!! - Apparently, THIS is where you find good pizza in Texas!!! - After a wonderful day tasting all kinds of wines, we were in the mood for something lighter. Pizza and salads sounded right, and this place was just a few blocks over. - It’s a pizza joint, but it’s an AMAZING pizza joint! Part of their interior includes what used to be an exterior wall, complete with the old painted signage from back in the day. It looks really cool. The place has some style. - What blew me away was the food — we got 2 personal pizzas; one with tomato and cheese and the other I made up — alfredo sauce, mozzerella and gorganzola cheese with ham and spinach. I must be a genius because it was completely awesome!!! - It’s such great pizza; the crust is thick, the sauces are flavorful and it’s just altogether awesome. - This is a must-do when in town. Hands down!!!
