Watch repair… Just Don’t! If it’s anything more than a battery replacement where you can watch it being performed, go somewhere else. I took an older watch in to be repaired. After four weeks and numerous calls without a clear understanding of when it might get done, they called and said it was ready. I picked it up and to their credit, it was running. The crystal had a heavy scratch when they gave it back but I wasn’t about to let them touch it again. I thought this was bad, but I got home, I went to set the date and about half of the date numbers were damaged or missing. I got to looking closer and the back of the watch was heavily scratched from removing the cover with what looked like a screwdriver.
My watch isn’t overly expensive, but it does have some sentimental value. I should have picked it up after the first two weeks.

My husband got my engagement ring here so we brought it in two years later for a good cleaning and check up to make sure all the prongs were in place. Very sweet family owned store and top notch products. They are very willing to help you out with whatever you need and won’t pressure you to buy anything.
