We ordered Breakfast To-Go and it was amazing. The website is great, it’s super easy to use and you can customize anything you want. We both got omelettes with a side of bacon(you choose the crispiness you prefer), a fruit cup and a stack of pancakes. The fruit was fresh and my fiancé couldn’t stop raving about how good the cinnamon pancakes were. We will definitely get Bob Evans breakfast again!

Horrible breakfast. Eggs were cold, bacon was undercooked and could not have been more unappealing. One piece was about the width of a pencil. Toast was soggy. Never again. Waitress was nice but that’s not enough to bring me back anywhere.

With all the great local restaurants in Frederick I rarely go to chain restaurants, now I remember why. It was late morning and I wanted a breakfast meal, I figured Bob Evans was a safe bet. Ahhhh, not so in this case. We were promptly seated and the waitress was nice but the table was covered in what I guess to be coffee stains/rings and in fact my paper place mat had coffee stains on it. I ordered the Sunrise which is supposed to be 2 eggs, 2 pieces of breakfast bread and a potato of your choice. I chose the«egg white» option and was shocked to see my «2 egg whites» amounted to about 1 tablespoon of egg, no joke. Two bites it was gone. Oh yeah and my plate didn’t appear to be cleanest. Oh and the best part was the cashier arguing with the manager at the register when we walked in. If I had been his manager I would have had sent him packing for this shift.

This is a horrible restaurant if it can be called a restaurant. The service is horrible. My family and I tried to eat lunch there yesterday and ended up leaving before we even got drinks. First of all, we were seated where there was only one waiter serving too many tables. After sitting for 10 minutes, and no one acknowledging that we were even there, my husband when up to the counter to ask who our server was. He was then told that one waiter was handling 2 sections which was multiple tables. That waiter never said anything to us, was slow and was delivering food to the wrong table. In the mean time another family was seated at the table next to us. Another 5 or 10 more minutes and still no service. My husband goes up and complains again to the manager. Finally, another server comes back and proceeds to take the order of the table that was just seated. When my husband tried to tell her we were there first. She purposely ignored him and said nothing when we got up and left. I will never eat at this Bob Evans ever again and make sure my church members and other friends never eat here either. The service here is awful and they don’t seem to care at all. Go to the Bob Evans across from FSK Mall instead.

Words cannot describe how bad this meal was. I ordered the 3 course dinner. The chicken noodle soup was a congealed lump of pasta. We asked the server if it really was soup and she responded that the soup this week was coming out«lumpy». The turkey dinner had two small pieces of dried out turkey. Finally the coconut pie was stale. This was the first and last time I will visit this Bob Evans. Beware this is seriously bad food.

Clean and good service. I love the variety of their menu and that they are always accommodating and allow me to switch up the meals to make them healthier.

Second review: service is worse. A table seated 5 minutes after my fiancé and I were got their food several minutes before us. Both our table and theirs ordered breakfast so they should have taken similar amounts of time to prepare. We had to ask for silverware, wait to get our check and wait to pay. Ridiculous!

Bob Evans-is-Bob Evans-is-Bob Evans. No matter what Bob Evans you go to, you will get the same thing. I know I can order a spinach/cheese omelet or the Chicken N’ Noodles Dinner and be comforted and satisfied with my processed, heated up, yummy stand-by each and every time. The new next best thing is my B.E. iphone APP! I can pop on, order my dinner, and on a day I do not want to cook, I can pick up a yummy warm meal for me and family.

Yes, I am reviewing Bob Evans. At first, I was pleasantly surprised. The people all seem nice, the service was good, the food was tasty and most of the restaurant seems pretty clean but those bathrooms are absolutely horrid! I mean, we are talking busy rest area or rundown truck stop yucky. I guess some would say«just avoid the bathroom» but I couldn’t help but think that the people serving your food are going in and out of there all day. Not to mention, if they are able to ignore the state of the bathroom then what else do they let get like that? Just yuck. If they could address that issue I would be far more inclined to go back. Hopefully someone sees this review.

Value is good. My boyfriend and our friend each ordered the three course dinner for $ 9.99, and while I thought the portions would be small, small they were not! I had trouble keeping up between my chili and main course because I was also enjoying the endless bread(I opted for biscuits) and finishing my boyfriend’s salad. In the end, I decided I could not finish my blackened chicken with a baked potato and packed that in a styrofoam to go container so I could finish my chocolate hot fudge sundae. Yum! Everything was pretty good and moving along(although there were times our servers changed(as in we started with one and ended up with another), our courses came too close, our waters weren’t really filled, etc.) until the very end. I’ll spare you all the details but make sure you review your check especially if you are splitting it. We asked for the check to be split and despite handing the cashier a bill for $ 22, I was charged $ 13. No big deal but that would have meant someone else in my party would have had to pay more.

I’ve been to other Bob Evans restaurants and they were very good. This one did not meet their quality level. First off, I waited a very long time to get seated. The hostess was off somewhere and the rest of the staff ignored me. She finally showed up and seated me in a booth. The table top had burn circles in it from some unknown source. The booth chair opposite me had some food stains(at least that’s what I hope they were) on the head board. It took a while but the waiter showed up and brought me only one cup of coffee and a water while the rest of the isle had a carafe of coffee delivered. He took my order and I picked a Farmers Market omelet that was supposed to come with sausage, ham, and bacon. I ran out of coffee and when my food finally showed up he brought me a carafe of coffee with the top missing so that the coffee didn’t stay hot for long. Instead of the Farmers Market omelet I ended up with a vegetarian Farm Favorite omelet. While the omelet was very good, it was not what I wanted. The staff was friendly, but I wouldn’t go back again with this quality of service.

Staff is friendly, not very well organized as to roles and responsibilities, which causes customers to wait longer than they should. Food was good, but coffee was nasty(weak with old taste). Although we were being served by a waitress trainer we had to ask for utensils. But really not a bad experience, only details that fell short however a good experience overall. So they still get a thumbs up.

I was fully satisfied by the quality of service. The pulled pork sandwich, french fries and iced tea was really good.
