It was almost comical how great this experience was. The manager seems super excited to greet and take your order, comes out and checks on you and cleans up the place. Extremely friendly and obviously delicious. Good work, fellas

What to say about this location, the place is clean I’ll give them that, but the staff is not friendly at all, the food is average but still, I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. The girl that worked there for the evening was sarcastic and extremely bored, I mean I get it; who likes working… but when it comes to costumer service and such at least try!

This used to be decent; a step above most local fast food places. But in the past year, services has gotten worse and sandwiches are sometimes incredibly skimpy on fillings, esp. the grilled items like pastrami, when they can’t fill it out with onions and peppers. Convenient to where I work, but I’ve been pretty disappointed the last few visits.

This is not a functional restaurant. You can’t come here and expect to leave with food. You’ll think that will happen because it shows every contrivance of actually being a food service establishment. But you will not leave with food. What WILL happen is that you will watch employees haplessly bumble around the kitchen with no apparent motive. Maybe they’ll move a piece of bread from this counter to that. Maybe they’ll add a dozen more cups to a stack. Maybe they’ll sweep 2 – 3 square feet and then replace the broom. All while people slowly leave the line muttering and shaking their heads. There is no actual proof that this restaurant serves food at all. It’s either an elaborate performance art piece or a Kafkaesque pocket of non-being that’s somehow pierced the vale and displayed itself for our mortal eyes.

Usually love DAngelo, but will never return to this location. Took us 30 minutes to get one sub and one salad with only one order ahead of us. People who ordered after us were served before our food was even started, and my salad is missing tomatoes. Supervisor made no attempt to salvage the experience for me. I’ll never be back.

I ordered a number 9 steak and cheese sub. The sandwich was very good. Restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. I did try to order on their mobile site. That experience was disappointing. It was easy to use. I had trouble trying to update my sub size. Took three attempts for the site to take it. The real failure of the site was after putting my order in for multiple sandwiches I got a message saying because of heavy volume my order wouldn’t be ready for 45 minutes. It suggested I call the store. Huge waste of time. It was 7:30 at night. I was going to call another sub place but then decided to just call them. I placed the order via the phone and was told it will be ready in 10 minutes. 10 minutes is my expectation when ordering a sub. Their technology needs improvement.

Disclaimer: one star? a bit generous… As other Unilocalers have said this location… not great… the customer service also not great… While waiting for my order this man was sitting at a table across from counter chatting up workers. He obviously worked there or was friends with the workers… While waiting what seemed like forever this guy was talking about how sick he had been or something while hacking all over the restaurant letting the germs fly. Asking him to kindly cover his mouth proved to be a tall order. One of the workers told us to not start a fight… excuse me? I told germapalooza«you obviously work here» he kept quiet. So rude and inconsiderate! Especially that behavior in a dining establishment. First time i ever bought food brought it home and didnt touch it. The location is annoying for me anyway especially if youre making anything but a right turn into the lot. d’angelo’s is okay but coming to this location is a mistake i will never repeat.

Attempted to get dinner here tonight and probably received the worst service in recent memory. We have a couple of gift coupons that despite having a 2010 expiration date, the corporate office said is still good and any D’Angelos will accept them. There’s also a Massachusetts law stating the same. So my husband placed a rather large order, only one or two sandwiches would have been covered by the coupons. The cashier, and then the manager both proceeded to give my husband a hard time. So he started to leave. As he was leaving he overheard the manager running his mouth. Needless to say, we ended up eating at a cute little seafood shack and I’ll be calling the corporate office to make my complaints. :-) Judging by all the other reviews, clearly the corporate offices need to get involved and give this place an employee and management overhaul.

This d’angelos is the worst I’ve been to. The employees are rude and could care less that you’re a customer. I will definitely never go back there and that sucks for them because I work fairly close and would make myself a regular if they were at all worth my time.

This location is not so great. It’s clean enough and the staff are nice, but it is probably the slowest D’Angelo’s I’ve ever been to. They’ve changed their menu and I think there was a new staff person on my most recent visit, but they got my order wrong and over charged me. I most likely will not be back to this location for a long time.

I’ve been to this location a few times. NOHOSPITALITYATALL. I treat Dangelo’s as a Mom and pop type shop where I could feel welcomed. Not here. Not sure what it is. Foods ehh but the atmosphere is like a Dennys at 3 am. If I’m going to be paying that much for a sandwich at least treat me correctly.

Is there much to say about another D’Angelos shop? Yes! This location is my favorite because it’s convenient, has a parking lot, and has my order ready when I go in, ten minutes after I call. They don’t dilly-dally. They also have HonestT Half & Half in their cooler. My favorite is the Chicken Caesar Pocket or the famous #9.
