Pizza was good. Cannoli’s were good. Staff was a bit immature and were hooked to their cell phones and gossip. Will definitely order again.

Wow, I just recently moved to metro west from Boston… I found this place on line with good reviews. It is fantastic! As good if not better than the North End.

This is our favorite pizza place in the area, by far! The thin, NY style pizza is so delicious! By the slice or the full pie, both are great. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Okay, for starters I’m Italian born and raised so my opinion on Italian food is gonna be impartial on the topic. The staff is educated and really friendly and their food was alright, the ricotta pie was AWESOME, not so much luck with the cannoli, sadly flavorless and filled with whipped cream instead of ricotta filling, do not get the cannoli, chocolate or plain.

Very disappointing!!! Ordered 2 panini’s 1 chicken pesto and a prosciutto. Let’s start with the prosciutto, 1 thin slice of meat the rest I felt like I was eating a diced up tomato sandwich. Can’t believe they could charge $ 7.49. Not worth it at all! The chicken was dry and had very little cheese. Not there best that’s for sure. The young lady answering the phone, I think I must of got her on a bad night, not customer friendly at all. I called and was told by the manager the owner sets the amount of ingredients that go in a sandwich. He may want to reconsider what goes in his sandwiches. Sorry but this is not a place I would recommend!

Awesome pizza. Busy during lunch but it was because the place has great food.

Very tasty pizza by the slice. Italian deserts and coffee, plus pasta dishes. Kind of a pizza joint with a more sophisticated menu. Getting into the lot is a bit of trick depending on which direction you are going on Cochituate road. Safer to drive up to the light near the Kia dealer and make a U-turn it if you approaching from the East.

I have to admit I’m glad I stopped by here! The workers were really friendly and the food came out fast! Their pizza is great, along with the desserts you get to choose from(which they have quite a bit). I had the Italian pizza and the peanut cup, definitely a great choice!

Updating my review because times have changed at North End Treats. and for the better! When I was here recently I had the same fig and prosciutto pizza which was delicious and I also got the tiramisu and canoli chips with dip. The food was so good, and I have to say that the tiramisu is some of the best I’ve ever had. On top of the delicious food, the service has much improved! Everyone working was smiling, happy, and just very pleasant.

Pizza is sub par. Chewy crust shows they use all purpose flour. Orange oil on top shows they are using cheap cheese. Table was dirty and had to clean myself. $ 16 for a cheese pizza and two drinks, better compared to Dominos but that’s not saying much.

After moving to the area from NYC/Philadelphia, my boyfriend and I were looking for a pizza place to call our own. After driving by North End Treats many times, we decided to place an order to pick up. We had previously ordered sub-par pizza from another place in Framingham and still looking for a great pie. When we got there to pick up our large pizza with pepperoni and green pepers, they were taking it out of the oven, and it looked and smelled AMAZING! The girls at the counter were nice and friendly, as were the 2 gentlemen making the pizzas. After I stared at the dessert case for a few minutes, we decided to get a couple of cannolis too. We dug in as soon as we got home and were so impressed by how delicious this pizza was! The crust was the perfect combination of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside… the brick oven definitely makes the pizza. The sauce was tasty and the cheese was perfectly melted, obviously using high quality mozzarella. We are still talking about this pizza have found«our place» and will absolutely be going back!

The food is excellent including sandwiches and dessert. They have a pear — pistachio tart that is the best pear pastry I have ever tasted! They have a lot of variety including paninis and lots of types of pizza. The only issue is that the coffee is bitter and they don’t do defac espresso. The seats are comfortable and the pricing is good for Massachusetts. A lot of people do take out but you can enjoy yourself there by a table.

Hole in the wall place with EXCELLENT food. Chicken pesto panini was fresh and delicious. 2 baked goods(chocolate mousse with chocolate cake, and pistachio pear tart) were some of the best pastries we’ve ever tasted. Their AC is crappy(and I wish they had more seating) but for food this good I’ll be back. Panini + 2 desserts + 2 small coffees = $ 20 total.

Ok, I have to tell you… I found this place on Unilocal I came all the way from Worcester here. I wasted every single ounce of gasoline and my time by coming here. DONOTCOMEHERE! Go to your mom and pops Greek place and you will have the best bang for your buck! I spent $ 33 dollars on a small salad, a small pizza 4 cheese and 2 cans of soda, YES $ 33!!! Never coming back, portion was small and nothing like I thought it would be like, not sure why other viewers would rate it 4 starts… Ops, almost forgot about the attitude of the employees, almost like they wanted to say«just leave this place, your bothering me »

The pizza is okay, but the desserts are worth the trip. If I had one meal left on earth it would include the dessert the guy behind the counter said had no name, but was topped with the lobster tail filling and peanut butter cups. It is that good.

Pizza is not as good as papa Gino, that’s a problem considering their name. Got a can of soda with lunch, it was not that cold, so I asked for a cup with ice… they didn’t have ice! What kind of restaurant doesn’t have ice? Good selection of pastry.

Love this place! The pizza is a tad oily but the sandwiches are good and the bakery is really excellent. I love how they have tiny versions of popular treats for when you are super full but want something sweet at the end. The place is kind of small but that’s ok, the service was great and they even have Boar’s head meats in their deli(woo my fav)

I finally stopped in a couple of weeks ago to grab some lobster tails to bring home for dessert that evening and have a slice of pizza for lunch. I had read good reviews on here so I was excited to try North End Treats. There were a couple of tables available as it was just before noon. The pizza was very good. I am particular about pizza crust and North End Treats had great dough. Thin and crispy. I am only giving 4 stars though because I thought there could have been a few more slices of meat on it. Otherwise a great option for pizza by the slice. 5 stars for the lobster tails! Best I have had. Filling was not overly sweet and outside was flaky & crunchy. We kept two in the fridge until the next day and they were still crunchy! I will be back for pizza and will try another pastry. Maybe cannoli. By the time I left, the lunch crowd was lining up and take out pizza was going strong.

About 8 months after moving to the area we’ve sampled pizzas from half a dozen local places and even Papa Ginos. None were terrible, but coming from the NY metro area none were really great. Until North End Treats. We’ve been driving by it on our way to and from Target all this time, but for some reason never stopped in. The pizza is spot on. We made our own pie with meatball and caramelized onions and it didn’t even last the night. Usually we have a few slices left for lunch the next day. We’ve found our pizza place and plan on making this a pizza night staple. As if the pizza wasn’t enough — the pastries. Oh my god the pastries. They don’t have the dozens and dozens of cookies and pastries that a traditional italian bakery does, but the selection is delicious. We got a sampling of(almost) everything. The lobster tails were the best we’d ever had. The cream puffs were more of the same. The éclair was excellent as was the napoleon. Next time we have to try the whoopee pies. Forgot to get one of those. All in all the prices are great. The food is great. And the pastries are great.
