Their cupcakes are adorable! They had a few cupcakes with filling and without. Right when you walk into the store, you can smell the fresh cupcakes. You can see their employees making them right behind the counter! I only had a chance to try 1 cupcake: CHOCOLATERASPBERRY: chocolate cupcake with raspberry frosting on top and sweet fudge filling inside. I really liked this because it’s not overly sweet like other cupcake places(Georgetown Cupcakes). The cupcakes are a little bit on the pricier side(almost $ 4) but they’re super cute and well made!

My favorite thing about this place is there are so many options. Do you want a cupcake? A cupcake with ice cream? Ice cream? My two friends and I split 6 cupcakes which cost about $ 4/cupcake. I had the Swiss miss cupcake and the red velvet cupcake. Baby let me tell you! Those things would make you slap the nearest person next to you. They were so darn good. I’m very picky about my red velvet. Being a southern girl, red velvet cake has to be made with cream cheese, buttercream be damned! And don’t let me get into going on about the Swiss miss cupcake which was a chocolate cake filled with cream and topped with chocolate layer. My mouth is watering as I type this. I say all this to say, stop what you’re doing, grab $ 5 – 10 and treat yoself!

This place sits inside Patriots Place on the end away from the stadium. Ordered cupcakes for a birthday party and got two dozens of all sorts. What a hit! People loved these and not only are they huge but they all contained tons of frosting! Almost too much! Plus every time I have visited this place, I see a different flavor combination and some crazy flavors. Prices are decent especially for the size cupcakes these are! Worth a stop!

I stopped here because I had an appointment in the area and had some time to kill. I personally feel they are WAY overpriced — $ 3 for ONE cupcake? I believe there was a sign somewhere saying for a dozen it was $ 37. They were alright, but for those prices I’m never stopping again.

I have been here a few times this year and the cupcakes are consistently delicious. They have ice cream, cookies, and frosting shots but the cupcakes are the stars here. They have about a dozen different kids and all are beautiful. Each one is decorated to match the flavor and Name. The lemon one has a sugared lemon slice on it. The pumpkin one has a pumpkin candy on it. I had a peanut butter one today. It was bursting with peanut buttery goodness. It’s also huge and you can for sure split it with someone or save half for later. My only Reason for four stars instead of five is the price. $ 3.50′ is a bit much for one cupcake. It May be because I’m a baker myself and I can make a dozen for that price but it seems a lot for me. No matter it’s delicious anyways. I just would buy one or two and if I needed a dozen for a party id make them myself. They are quite tasty though and worth a try.

We went to Patriot place for the first time and had never heard of Cupcake Charlie’s. We figured who doesn’t love a cupcake. Well this place goes beyond a normal cupcake. We got 3 and we wish we got more. My son(8) got the hostess with the mostest. My husband got the Raspberry and I ordered the Lemon. OMG best cupcakes ever. I am glad we don’t live near there as I would be eating these every day. The frosting and filling are so delicious. The cake itself is soft and moist. The employee that helped us was nice and friendly she was very knowledgeable with the product. The only thing they need to do is put a label on the box saying their name. I had to look it up to write the review. That is my only suggestion.

got here at the end of the night, I ordered the Orange Dreamsicle cupcake and it was delicious even if it sat out all day. a little on the sweet side but I guess that’s fair as it is a cupcake, however, I didn’t appreciate the workers attitude. seemed like I was a bother. enjoyed my cupcake nonetheless.

I visited this store yesterday with my sister. We decided to have cupcakes for lunch. All of them looked fantastic. I was told by the helpful person at the counter that the Hostess was the most popular cupcake. However the customer behind me seemed to have tried every cupcake on the menu. We decided to split the lemon and the peanut butter chocolate. Both were delicious! Hopefully the walk around patriots place burned off the calories though!

First time here and my guys had to go in for a second serving! We ordered cupcake whirly, chips ahoy parfait, cupcake shot and a Reese’s pieces cupcake! We’ve never tasted anything like this in Cali lol! Will be craving once we are back home! Definitely recommend satisfying your sweet tooth with anything they serve on the menu. Staff was really nice answering all our questions and no judgements made when my guys we back up for a second order haha!

YUM! The cupcakes are great, the fact that they have frosting shots is amazing, and the service is friendly and lovely. However, the kicker, the reason for me to even take the time to review… The CUPCAKECOOKIES. Oh yeah, you read that right. They take day old cookies, crumble them up, add ingredients to make a cookie batter, and bake. These cookies are decadence! Super soft with a wonderful chew. Wow. I loved it! Can’t wait to try the other varieties!

I was looking all over for a place that would deliver. I came across this place online via Unilocal & google. They said yes! Even though the location was a couple towns over. There was a delivery charge but I was okay with the extra cost. I ordered a dozen of the Hostess With The Mostess, a dozen Peanut Butter Pleasure, aaand a dozen Vanilla luvs Vanilla. I have never had their cupcakes before, so I went ahead and called because they have a good Unilocal rating & they deliver. The girl on the phone, Tanya, was extremely helpful. She called me back after speaking with her manager to make sure the delivery was do-able. She helped me pick out flavors and designs. She called me back after I placed my order because she had a design idea for the cupcakes. They have discs that they can put designs on and she recommended a different color sprinkle. Turns out, the cupcakes were a hit with my fiancé and his co-workers. Thank goodness. This just means I have to go in myself next time I’m at Patriot Place in Foxboro and get some cupcakes for myself!

I love Cupcake Charlies and this location is great. Bright, clean, smells heavenly and you can see«where the magic happens.» Staff is pleasant. The cupcakes are FRESH and DELICIOUS! The frosting is the best(so good once in awhile I’ll buy the frosting cups)! Cupcakes are baked fresh daily. Favorites are funfetti, chocolate loves vanilla, and peanut butter/chocolate.

I really dislike many of the trendy cupcake shops in Boston where everything *looks* good, but tastes like nothing at all. These are actually really good cupcakes! The right ratio of frosting to cupcake, and a frosting that tastes as good as it looks. The staff is also very friendly! Loved coming in here.

I’ve been twice. The people here are very enthusiastic and friendly. The chocolate caramel cupcake is something for which you should trade your first-born child. I don’t have kids, but it seems completely reasonable. They will need a small army anyway to expand and open more locations. Must try if at Patriot Place.

A few weeks ago I visited Patriot Place in Foxboro to meet up with a friend from Rhode Island. While I was there I noticed a cupcake shop I’d never seen before. Naturally I had to check it out. Cupcake Charlie’s has four locations around New England, in Foxboro, Plymouth, Mashpee and Newport. When I walked into the Foxboro location I was immediately greeted with the sweet smell of cookies just coming out of the oven. The case was fully stocked with a range of inviting choices that made it hard for me to choose just a few. Cupcake Charlie’s cupcakes have a good balance of cake to frosting. One of the cupcakes we especially enjoyed was the lemon drop, which had both regular frosting and fondant, as well as a little lemon jelly in the middle. I liked Cupcake Charlie’s a lot and will definitely visit again when I’m next in the area. I still think Sweet has the best cupcakes, but I would put Cupcake Charlie’s on par with any other bakery in the Boston area.

I’ve been wanting to try the cupcakes here for a while. Today I finally got to. I had the chocolate chip, and I have to say, I’m not impressed. Although the cupcakes are moist(which is important), the frosting is so sweet… it ruins the whole thing! In addition, in my opinion, there is to much frosting! I guess if you swipe off about 2″ of frosting they would be better.

While shopping at Patriots Place we decided to stop in at Cupcake Charlie’s for a snack after some long shopping. When we got to the front door, the line was out the door, and we easily found out why. The cupcakes here smelled delicious from the moment we walked into the store. The variety of cupcakes here was great, and they tasted delicious as well. The only thing that would have made it better would be if they had some no sugar added options. Overall, the staff here was great and the cupcakes were better. The prices were a bit high, but they were well worth the price.

The store is really nice and I think it is a great addition to the Patriot Place options! They just opened this month so service isn’t fully streamlined yet which is understandable. I bought six cupcakes and the total came to a little under $ 20 which, was not cheap but, lets face it cupcakes are really pricey these days. I definitely liked some of the cupcakes more than others. I liked the chocolate and mint ones but, mostly because that combination is near and dear to my heart and it is hard for me to not like it in general. The Hostess cupcake was also quite good. The flavor of the day was the coconut cupcake and it tasted like I was eating sun tan lotion. I really disliked the fake coconut taste of it. I will be back though because after a burger at Five Guys or dinner at Tavolino I am always looking for some good dessert!
