Flies. Generally dirty. The 2 people working here are sitting on their butts texting. Apparently it never crosses their minds to clean a table or sweep the floor. Place is a real dump

This place is disgusting. I regret allowing my kids to get something here. Flies everywhere.

This place is filthy and the staff couldn’t look less enthusiastic to be here. They’re eating and licking their fingers… and then scooping ice cream for people. Not staying to witness any more.

The store was dirty, the yogurt machines were making loud noises and only some of them had yogurt in them. I ordered two bubble teas for $ 8 and they tasted like dish soap. I only gave that second star because thankfully I was refunded. Don’t really know what Patriots Place is doing with this business!

Visited this place for the second time. Our first experience was nice and staff was friendly. This am time around completely opposite story. There was only one girl behind the counter and she didn’t know what she was doing. Ordered a lychee drink, she didn’t even know it was there on the menu. Took her almost 10 minutes to make two drinks. 8 people behind us waited and left in line. Another couple behind us has bought frozen yogurt and by the time they got rung up it was melted. Need to hire more people here.

Extremely disappointed with this place. I’m new to the area, absolutely love bubble tea and wanted to try this place out. The first time I went in on March 17th, 2015, the store had no customers and absolutely no one was behind the counter. I stood there for about 10 minutes, shouting«Hello?» and«Excuse me?» and then I just left due to pure frustration. I did some meandering around Patriots Place and then I went back because well, bubble tea was why I went to Patriots Place in the first place. Peeked in the window before I entered and there was an employee, hiding in the back on a stool, sitting on her phone. I then placed my order and asked about their jellies fro bubble tea, since it was advertised and the girl had NO idea what I was talking about. so I just gave up. She went to go make my beverage and then cam back saying they didn’t have the flavor I wanted, and when I asked what flavors that had today she replied«Well, what would you want» and pretty much gave me an attitude like I was inconveniencing her. This girl had to be in high school, maybe college and as a junior in college myself, I would never treat a customer like they were interrupting my text messaging. Ended up getting a large taro bubble tea with boba that was not even cooked, and hard to get to from all the unnecessary ice she added. A complete waste of $ 5.35, I’ll be spending my money at Moo Berry in Raynham from now on.

Don’t waste your money. The place looks closed when you walk in and the fruit and ice cream seems stale and old. When hubby asked for a different ice cream after his first cup tasted so badly they didn’t hesitate to give him a new cup or samples which is the only reason I gave a second star.

The yogurt is good, the ice cream is great, they don’t skimp with scoops and the staff are awesome

It’s ok… but it needs to be cleaned! With so many reviews stating the same thing you would think they’d get the hint. Im not super picky but EVERY table had toppings and sticky residue. Also, with the ice cream in the front but the froyo in the back, the line setup is very confusing. The only good thing I can say is that the flavors of froyo are good.

Had to give one star just to be able to write the review. This place is terrible! I just paid $ 4.55 for warm flavored iced tea with a couple of tapioca balls in it. We have been drinking bubble tea for several years. This place claims to have it. It is a horrible impostor of bubble tea. They were also out of milk tea. They do not have the bubble tea machine– it is just warm iced tea with some ice cubes thrown in, a few tapioca balls and a dome lid. WHAT!!! And the price!!! We will never set foot in this place again! For froyo go to Orange Leaf at Cobb’s Corner in Canton/Sharon. Now that’s what I’m talkin’ about!

We went here after dinner one night on reccomondation of a friend who goes here all the time. I had denied Greg’s interest in going here once, but this time I gave in. I love icecream and Froyo, and the idea of making my own dish was exciting! After this experience, I will never go back. They have 8 flavors, and all of them were gross. I settled for oreo, but the rest were weird flavors that I would never want to even smell, nevermind taste. I then put my normal toppings on(oreos, heath bar, jimmys) and it came to 6 bucks. I don’t know what Greg got but he didn’t like his either. It is pretty hard to mess up froyo and ice cream, but this place was just disgusting.

No. A million times, No. I understand the appeal: you have a million screaming kids who all want ice cream with their own toppings(so this shoppe seems like the ideal package). But this ALSO means: sloppy machines, spilled toppings, and STICKYFLOORS(all four times I have visited, my feet STUCK to the floor and I had to clean my shoes after I got home). Don’t even get me started on the«contagion» factor(that’s your own business). There aren’t any noise-dampening devices, so shrill voices bounce off of all of the hard surfaces. [[no]] Say what!- you have BOBA?! #1: the people that work here don’t know what is on their own menu, so when I order bubble tea they look at me like«you want WHAT?» #2: there are MANY flavors(seems like a sweet deal), but only SOME are available SOME of the time and this is too much of a hassle for the people behind the counter to relay to you without an eye roll. #3: when I’m finally able to order an available flavor, they ask me if I want boba(…it costs extra? …but that’s what makes«bubble tea» bubbly!), then hand me that iconic shrink-wrapped cup… there is chunky garbage sunk in the bottom of the cup, which means sucking up chunky garbage while I’m a’sippin’, which means: [[no]] Service: non-existent. The people that work there aren’t trained well enough to carry on with a smile(you sell DELICIOUSICECREAM! why are you so CRANKY?!) or not look at their phone while there are customers waiting in line. Transactions take FOREVER and no one seems particularly interested in keeping loyal customers. [[no]] Hey, yo: there are other boba in that great bubbly sea. Look elsewhere?: [[yes]]

The fro-yo here was very tasty, and I do like the concept that you decide how much you want and then pay by the weight. I wasn’t a big fan of the toppings bar because I felt like with the toppings being three deep and only accessible from one side, people are leaning over them all the time. As a germ freak, that totally grosses me out. Also I think there should be more signage about how the process works, how to get samples, etc. Don’t know if I would go back, but I did enjoy my dessert.

Holy screaming kids Batman! I stopped in for some well deserved frozen treats on a saturday afternoon and there weren’t too many people in line(though there was what looked like a screaming baseball team seated toward the front). The choosing of my froyo flavor was effortless and they had a pretty decent spread of toppings which were being replenished as i was there. The line was moving pretty smoothly until a gentleman cut in front of me to order two bubble teas. With only one register open, the person who was ringing stopped the presses and started to make this guy(who cut me… sigh…) some bubble tea. 8 minutes and the line now about 5 customer deeper behind me i got to ring out and enjoy my froyo. I might suggest that they have at least two registers open or having the cashier learn how to delegate. Having 4 people behind the counter walking around aimlessly and only 1 person ringing out and making to order items it makes no sense. I realize they’ve only been opened a month or so. Hopefully they’ll realize how to work it out soon.

It just open at Patriots Place on July 28th2012 You get your own yogurt. You put the toppings on. You weigh it. You pay. Simple! They have 2 sizes-Small and Large At least 8 different kinds of flavor of yogurt from Coconut to Red Velvet Cake, Almost 50 kinds of toppings– Fruits to Mochi. Plenty of seating to sit and enjoy. They also have the wicked popular Bubble tea that Asian love so much, Smoothies & a Juice bar, & Hard Ice Cream too!
