Very friendly and it’s very well maintained. The ranges are very clean and it’s very comfortable not too cold or hot! The setup of the ranges are very easy to get use to. Shooting here has been a pleasure. They also have a big variety of loaners they will let you try. I would suggest bringing your friends because they will also enjoy this range. They have a pretty neat selection on targets as well.

Just bought my 4th gun here — great deal on an XD 45 carry. Has the power and much easier to conceal than the Kimber 1911! Great deals– work out with Rick what you want. In here often to practice. Good staff, good training programs. Recommend highly

This place is the epitome of bad customer service. These people are the ruddiest I have every encountered. The attitude is «we don’t care if you are here or not; other people will take your place, so therefore we don’t care». Never again!

Went back, due to time restraints, and this time the staff was very helpful and friendly. Seemed to be a couple of new guys working that actually cared about customers. Refreshing for a gun range. I’ll see how future visits are. I wanted to add this to last review to give credit where was due.

It was my first time to a gun range so not much to compare from. They checked me in and I was able to fire a couple boxes of ammunition from my new S&W. Equipment worked well.
I knocked them to a four just because they didn’t seem to be enforcing the range rules. There was a guy with a rifle doing rapid fire on the range. It didn’t bother me, but why make the rules if you are not going to enforce them? Other than that the people there were great and shooters were friendly. They had an area to «dispose your brass».
I’ll definitely be back.

I have been here about 10 times and I’ll keep coming back, here’s why. The ranges are well ventilated, the equipment is always functioning (Target hangers and booth lights work), no restrictions on shooting bird shot out of your shotguns, staff are always available to check you in and out, I can’t say that I’ve ever had to wait more than 30 seconds for anything. The fees are definitely reasonable for unlimited time especially compared to some of the other choices in Gwinnett. There is a small section of primers for reloading, it’s nice to buy in store instead of paying HAZMAT fees. They have a decent $ 25.00 FFL transfer fee and electronic 4437 station, so if you order something from
you’ll be in the range shooting it in no time flat.
All-​in-​all it’s the best combination of features of any range I’ve been to in the area.

Highly recommend. Good selection, knowledgeable/​Friendly staff. Nice range and fair prices. One of the best Gwinnett. If you’re a pro or just looking for your first firearm definitely check this place out.

Very nice, clean and ventilated. My son and I went to practice instead of driving to the Lawrenceville range and we were very happy with the cleanliness and fairness of pricing. We will be back many times in the future.

I took my first trip to do some target shooting with friends here at Trigger Time. I have to say, their range is well lit and very clean overall.
Perhaps a little chilly they do have heaters running in the range.
The staff is friendly.
Their stock, while maybe not quite as expansive as some place like Bulls Eye in Lawrenceville, is still nice; and their pricing is not out of line. I found them to be higher than Bulls Eye; but they are willing to work with you too if you ask, as they did with me on my most recent purchase. They happened to have in stock what I wanted the day I was there.
Rick (owner and/​or manager) is a super nice guy. You need to have him show you his S&W 500 with a 4″ barrel too!
Overall, I was impressed with my first experience here and will be back.
